I agree that more of species 8472 would be nice. Not too much, just one or two more episodes. I kind of felt like after "In the Flesh" they owed us one or two more episodes to follow up on the cease-fire Janeway made with 8472.

I would have like to have seen more of the "zahl" they are a very friendly and respectable race to voyager, and was going to let them travel through there territory.(Its a shame the krenim had to throw them out of existance with there temporal weapon, i am irritated B&B had the zahl erased in that episode)

They would be a very good ally to the federation if they were to become a member.

As for enemies, i would say the hirogen, i never could get used to seeing neckbones used as trophies and organ-parts in canisters and hearing the words: "You will make a worthy prey" everywhere you go, but they would be the toughest enemy that needs to be on more.
