I also forgot to mention, all the ships have shields, i am not so sure about the white star, i think it has shields, but again, i am not sure. It is probably the most maneuverable of all of the ships so that could help to make up for its lack of shields.

I voted for the White Star. It is around the same sizer as the USS Defiant. Extremly manouverable, has a semi-organic re-generating hull has a good array of weapons and can form its own jump point and had a faster FTL speed than any of the star trek ships

i have to go with the Oneill class battleship....its freaking amazing! not to mention having its own fighter bays like battlestars

The Ori ships have shown total superiority over any other vessel pitted against them (which includes the Asgard, Earth, and Goa'uld ships). Considering the demonstration of their weapons, I have no doubt it could trounce any of the Trek ships.
Having never had a chance to experience Babylon 5 () I can't attest to its effectiveness against the White Star. However, from the Wikipedia article it doesn't look like it'd stand too good of a chance.

Yep the Ori ships would make easy work of the other ships, Hallowed are the Ori
