He's made some very, very stupid decisions that have ticked off conservatives. I don't think he'll get the nomination and hope he doesn't. I think he's a decent man, but I would be hard-pressed to vote for him, even in the general election. Illegal immigration is my biggest issue, and on that you couldn't be more weak. He was also stupid on campaign finance. I don't like him.

He's too moderate for me, yes, that's a big bulk of it. I don't like his positions on too many issues, and I'm not the only conservative who thinks that way. I'd only vote for him in the general election if it came down to a need to do that. I definitely wouldn't vote for him in the primaries.
Guiliani, on the other hand, is moderate because of his social positions. I'm find with voting in a social moderate. I'd prefer voting in a pro-gay rights, pro-abortion, pro-gun control candidate than someone who doesn't fully understand the dangers of our time, is weak as can be on illegal immigration, and is just plain dumb on numerous other issues, such as campaign finance. Guiliani'd be a great president and I'd love to vote for him. McCain? Not so much.

I don't like McCain one bit, he seem too slimy to me. He makes out like hes some kind of liberal. He isn't at all.
He is 100% Pro-life, Voted NO on adding sexual orientation to definition of hate crimes, Supports More death penalty; stricter sentencing, Voted YES on limiting death penalty appeals, Supports keeping Dont ask Dont Tell, Rated 45% by the NEA, indicating a mixed record on public education, Rated 53% by the LCV, indicating a mixed record on environment, Rated 83% by the Christian Coalition,

Correct statement, but I don't think this is his fault; it's just how he comes across, because with the centrist views he DOES have, he is very outspoken about it. McCain is one of my favorite politicians, and a very good man.

I don't like his personality, but I think I would agree with him on alot of things. I don't know yet though, is much too early to start picking who would get my vote.

He's one of my least favorite Republicans, McCain is. I think he seems more honest than he is and really isn't as good of a man as everyone thinks. A hero, yes, but overall, he's not nearly as good as people think.
I know he's conservative on social issues, but I'm not much of a social conservative and don't look for someone to be a social conservative to vote for him, which is why I'd vote for Guiliani. McCain's liberal on non-social issues; Guiliani's liberal socially.
I'd only vote for McCain because I'd rather have a Republican in office than most Democrats. I don't like him.
