PostTue Nov 07, 2006 3:37 pm    British Trekkies, our time has come!

Finally, after the tease that was the cancelled convention in April last year, our time has come for a convention in London!

Jan 5th-7th 2007, we shall be joined by Patrick Stewart, George Takei, Walter Koenig, Conner Trinneer ('Trip' from ENT), Dominic Keating ('Malcolm' from ENT), Marc Alaimo ('Gul Dukat' from DS9), Colm Meaney and Richard Arnold.

A whole weekend of star trekkie goodness!!!

Hope to see you there!

What, there haven't been UK Trek cons before? By the way, I don't know if you know about Creation, but the fan-run cons are almost always said to be less commercial and more fun.

Oh darn, I didn't know about this event. Patrick Stewart and Marc Alaimo would have been on my tick list, lol.

Showmasters is planning a FedCon event sometime, no clear details yet to my knowledge but shall keep an ear out.
