The first of many casualties as a result of Tuesday's Dark Fall has been noticed. Chaffee's being an idiot, but the Dems are going to be even more so. Bolton is the best man for the job, and now his job will soon be expiring and the Dems won't let him get a decent shot. They never have. Grrr.

Yeah, definitely. Told you he was a liberal Republican. I don't like him one bit. The only reason I wish he'd won is because we need a GOP Congress. Otherwise, I'd chuck the fool out.

Biden's saying right now that it's because of some documents the administration didn't let them see, but that really wasn't it. They filibustered him and everything. I don't know their real motives, but that's not it. Bush had to use a recess appointment to get him to the position. I think the Dems just don't want a strong man who will work hard in America's interest to serve in the United Nations. They want someone who'll follow France and Germany's bidding.
