HONOLULU, Hawaii (CNN) -- A light earthquake rumbled underneath the islands of Hawaii on Sunday, the National Earthquake Information Center reported on its Web site.
The quake had a magnitude of 4.9 and was centered 137 miles east-southeast of Honolulu, the NEIC said.
The temblor struck at 7:14 a.m. local time (1:14 p.m. ET) and was measured at a depth of about 9.6 miles.

The above news story is very basic from CNN, no doubt from earlier today. A 6.7ish earthquake has also occured, and 20+ aftershock hurricanes have been felt, and there is potential for a Tsunami (though they're pretty sure there isn't a threat).
EDIT: UPDATE
Got an update here from the AP:
TVs are off and there are a lot more problems. All hell is breaking loose this Hawaii morning. I'll keep you posted when more news crosses my wires (websites/TV).

Ew... that's too bad. It's sad to think that such a beautiful place could be thrown into chaos. I really liked Hawai'i when I visited it a year or two ago.
Thanks for the info RM.
