It starts off with Odo telling you to meet him in security but when you get there you cant do anything or talk to Odo. What do I do? How do you play?

Yeah, it actually took me quite awhile. You have to go get into the turbolift, and that will take you to the Promenade. There are two turbolifts, one on each side of Ops.
