Actually, it does. You asked what his name was so Hitchiker showed you that his name had been mentioned several times in this topic already.
Anyways, he's Stephen Colbert, host of the amazingly funny show "The Colbert Report". Colbert: Truth with a capital "C"!

Normally I would be furious at putting Bush in that situation, but today I'm gonna accept the humor for what it is and it's intended purpose. It was funny, though not as much as the other one, for sure.

I found it that Bush was the right person for it, cause much people hate bush and a more smaller group think he is OK. I loved the scene where he goes play golf

It was actually just someone who watches the show who made it. Colbert stood infront of a green-screen with something that looked like the hilt of a lightsaber and told people that whoever could make the best video with his actions wins,  .
That one was my fav,
