Considering the fact that its almost a religion for me personally ? (Yes i do have other interests)

I WONT dress up in any of the uniforms no matter how much i`d have had to drink or anyone`d try and bribe me or even if all my buddies did (not that i think anyone who DOES that is crazy,i`d just be too embarrised)

On the Flipside of the coin,(getting to my personal answer now )and seeing as John Luck Picard mentioned sleep,i did have a dream once about being stuck on a eerily empty Ds9 at the time with just Quark and O`brien and though i was fully aware i was dreaming i was willing to give ANYTHING,and to leave everything and everyone behind in real life to be able to remain in that dream,right THERE.

I still am.(yeah i know it sounds sorta pathetic but hey,im way past caring anymore ;/)

I've gone to Las Vegas the past three years to go to the convention (but my friends lived out there at Nellis Air Force Base, so we saw them. And it's Las Vegas). Learned a little bit of Klingon... wouldn't dress up though. Nah.

lets see:
I traveled 200 miles to the convention, got stuck 200 miles away cas one of our friends had a epaleptic fit and ended up in hospital at the time he didnt know he was epeleptoc.

I dressed up as an ST marine.

I have worn Uniforms before.

I own nearly all of the ds9,ent,voyager,tos,tng on video's/DVD's,

I have a Command Top from DS9 era, I have two combadges, ensign pip,

erm how far lets see if I had a passport/money I would goto Vagus for the 50th Aniverser's (yer I am saving)

I love Star Trek, but I don't know if I would dress up in a uniform, I might in my own house, but not in public unless there were others. I would probably wear one to a convention.

I can't seem to find any place with decent priced uniforms. I had a magazine with a Captains (TNG) uniform and Captain pips and communicator. That was over $120 though.

When I save up the money, I'm going to buy the fully "functional" replica Tricorder (Voyager's), replica phaser, and a few other odds and ends from some site I found. All in all, by the time I buy all that I want from it, it's gonna cost about $700...That's not including shipping and handling...LOL!

Hm. I spent the money on the DVDs (seasons 1 through 6 of Voyager), spent money on some books and such. I've also been to a convention. I own "Spock ears" (could be considered elf ears) and two Trek commbadges (TNG and VOY) as well as captains pips. Only ever worn them on Halloween I have a uniform top that was given to me, but I've never worn it as it doesn't fit right (eventually I'll fix that...). I also have some other Trek stuff, like some stuffed Tribbles. If I could I'd go to the Las Vegas convention.

I did meet Kate Mulgrew (went to see "Tea at Five" and went to a reception afterwords.) which was amazing.

What I won't do is dress up at a convention. I don't go to conventions regularly. And I fully accept the reality that Star Trek is a TV show.

Oh, and I'll never dress my dogs up in uniform. And if I ever have kids I won't force them to dress up either

Lets see been to alot of conventions, uh have worn a voyager and tmp lera unfiorm to school once. so i will do anything for trek. lol

oh yeah I forgot. I've got a Klingon Knife (with belt clip), TNG Monopoly game, Tons of ST books (even ones I havent and never will read, I got them at a garage sale cheap years ago) and oraments of Janeway, Seven, "The Rio Grande", and a Borg Cube.

This has always irritated me.

People can walk around with sports jerseys on to show they follow a sporting team or a rock band but walk down the street with a Picard captains jacket on and you are the most stupid person in existence.

I did that one day and some idiot came up to me and said so you are a geek. And I asked why and he said you are wearing a start trek uniform and I said yes that's right but how do you know about what star trek uniforms look like , and the guy just scurried away because he was a closet Star Trek fan and did not want to look like a geek infornt of his buddies (anyone who teaes or embarasses people about liking Star Trek are obviously people who like belittling people and they are not worth worrying about).

The biggest thing I would do for Start Trek is perform the traditional Klingon wedding that Worf and Jadzia had on DS9 (costumes and all).

I would obviously have a so called normal wedding but I think it would prove just how in love we were if my partner was willing to do that for me.

Star Trek is like....my religion, or a second religion that is...I'd do almost anything, I'm quite devoted!
