I don't know. I imagine that she will stick around the general Voyager crew and eventually find a career (whether it be Starfleet or otherwise). Personally, I can see her as a good teacher...

She'll probably go on to what she wanted to be...a captain's assistant. Or as they called it on ours and Kirk's time, a Yoeman.

^^^It didn't. They just showed her daughter, and asked where her Mother, Naomi, was. That was it. It's pure speculation as to what happens to her...
She was too "into" Starfleet to not have joined, I guess...I mean, in "Shattered" in season 7, she was a Lieutenant. Now, obviously that was some time into Voyager's future, and she was still "stuck" on Voyager, so that was with little choice...LOL...
