This gets confusing, In Emissary videocase, it says station used to be Empok Nor, then its caled Terok, in the mirror universe its also terok and in our uni. in the books empok was ds9s sister station. What is going on?

Empok Nor is another Cardassian station that was abandoned. They go over there to get some spare parts and stuff in the episode "Empok Nor" at the end of season 5 which is like one of the best episodes IMO. You should check it out. 
But anyway, then Terok Nor is what you know as DS9.

Empok Nor was also used in the Ferengi prisoner exchange and in Season 7 as the site of Gul Dukat's cult of Pah-Wraith worshippers.

I wonder what happened to those worshippers after Dukat left.

Most of them just left, assumably to Bajor. Some committed suicide.
