Unknown Ship, Main Deck

Ari sighted and took out two of the compys with two well-aimed shots. Like shooting dove back home. Only without a shotgun, and the target wasn't cute and feathered. The target was reptilian. And covered in human blood. And still inexplicably appealing to her inner biologist-child.

"Oh, and spoil it?" Ari said softly, not bothering to look at Alexander. "I would love to dissect one of them."

-Unknown Ship, Second Deck-

Dinosaurs? Was it true what they had said? Farik looked back at the others. He was slightly disturbed by Ari's comment of dissecting the beast. Then again, she was one of the scientist sent to bring DNA back for cloning. Now was not the time though.

"Get off the boat!" He ordered, "Now!"

He turned and rushed down the corridor, not wanting to be onboard a second longer. Liana's words repeated in his mind. Whatever killed the man was much bigger. He rushed up the stairs, avoiding the blood stained railing. Farik pushed the door open and ran into Juan.

"Go go go!" He yelled.

Juan didn't waste time and jumped over the railing, crossing back to his own ship. Farik noticed a rather confused Mark standing on the main deck. He grabbed him and dragged him to the other side.

"Get us away from this boat!" He ordered, "Now!"

Unknown Ship, Main Deck

Ari looked from the room to the people rushing out of it. And back. And forth.

They're adorable in their own sick way.

She bent and grabbed the closest compy, one that had fallen near the door. Blood gushed over her hands and only her plan black pants from its wound. She holstered the gun, checked the safety and took the stairs two at a time, and crossed over to the other ship, hugging the dinosaur to her breast protectively. She could feel the glares forthcoming.

"It's mine and I killed it and I want to play with it." She explained quickly, leaning against a rail and observing the others defensively.

Unknown Ship, Main Deck

Liana looked back to Ari and frowned slightly. She wanted to what? Yes, it could do them some good. That is if they could get one with out getting killed in the process. She was about to respond when they were ordered off the boat. She ran behind the group providing a rear cover for them. She heard a noise from behind, the clittering of the strange creatures, what did that man say? Compys? She aimed and fired at them scattering them into differnt directions. She groaned as a new whif of a nasty smell assaulted her nose. She made it to the rails and jumped over onto the boat.

"Let's get moving now, damn it!"

She looked over to Ari. The girl and risked her self for that? Good intentions she supposed, despite the odd...remark.

"Have fun" Liana muttered

Mark was dragged to the other side by some guy. Immediately after the man started barking orders at someone. Mark wasnt sure what to do. He didnt know much about combat. Mark just stood off to the side and let the marines or army or whoever they were do their jobs.

(To avoid confusion, Alexander is Omet's character. Mr. White is my NPC character)

-La Luna, Main Deck-

Farik had heard the rather disturbing comment from Ari. Right then and there, he decided to fear her and not mess with her. He didn't like the idea that she carried the animal so close to her. It was dripping blood. Blood that could be sniffed by large predators. Same thing for him. His hands had blood on them. He would have to wash them before landing on the island. The boat moved away from the other, VERY slowly and continued it's course.

Mr. White stepped out of the trailer, again, unphased by their yells and blood on them.

"Everything alright?" He asked.

Farik squinted his eyes at him, bothered at how calm he was about all of this.

"You tell me." He said to him.

Mr. White smiled, but said nothing more...

-La Luna, Main Deck-

Liana stood there panting and trying to consol her self when she suddenly gaged. She quickly moved the the railing and vomited, after fighting for the last few minutes, the urge to get sick, finally won. Liana gasped and shuddered and fell to her knees closing her eyes and trying to relax.

Alex sat on the edge of the boat, staring at Alexander White with awe. How could he not care about the horrid events that had taken place on the phantom boat. Even the hardass Farik looked a little disturbed.

Alex reached into his coat and pulled out a long Cigar and lit it with a zippo. He walked towards Mr.White takeing a long drag from his cigar.

"Mr. White," he said with a sigh "What the the hell are we here for?"

-La Luna, Main Deck-

Mr. White smiled, while taking a drink from a flask he carried. No doubt it was filled with alchohal rather than water. He cleared his throat after swallowing the rather powerful drink.

"Mr. McKnight," He said in his English accent, "You are here to document, catalogue, and tell us about the animals. You all seemed to think it was a joke. It is clearly not."

Before Alexander could reply, he was interrupted by the captain of the ship. He shouted that they were finally approaching the island. After seeing the blood bath on the other ship, Farik wasn't so sure it was such a good idea to land.

"Mr. White, I think-" Farik said, but was cut off.

"You are not paid to think," White said, "You're paid to lead. Now, if you want your check to clear, then you will do your job."

Farik turned away in anger, obviously not able to deter the man. It was painfully obvious why they had so much weapons now. He looked at the corner of his eye and noticed Liana throwing up and being attended to by Paul. He didn't blame her...seeing that would make anyone sick.

Liana groaned as she looked up to Paul.

"Oh,...that was aweful. What have we gotton into?"

Liana stood up slowly and looked around, she had heard White's threat to Farik. She sighed and looked around.

"Let's....let's get the stuff back, clean it up..."

Liana closed her eyes and sighed again.

"That....I can never forget that....I'm used to seeing animals...but people?"

~ La Luna, Main Deck ~

Vincent Brassard was walking slowly across the main deck of La Luna while all the others were busy on the other boat. Brassard was armed with a shotgun and was patrolling the deck to ensure that nothing crossed over from the other boat onto this one, either killing the Captain and his son, their only means of transportation, or from ambushing the others when the returned.

Thankfully Vincent found nothing on the boat and lowered his gun when the others returned to the boat. He lent a helping hand by pulling some of them up over the railing. He was rather confused when he saw all of the faces that seemed to have witnessed something overly grotesque. He saw the blood on the main deck of the other boat but that was it.

"Anybody wish to tell me what's going on?" he asked in a very puzzled tone with a quizical look across his face.

Liana looked over to Vincent. What it was he had done, she don't know, from the looks of the gun, probably protecting this boat. A good Idea.

"There's...there's.."

Liana gasped and turned to the rail again to vomit, Paul who had been tending to her sighed, he turned to Vincent.

"There was a mess over there, parts of bodies, pools of blood, human blood and parts--"

Liana was gasping and turned her head.

"Those...Those things compys, chompys, what ever-the-hell they are, what shes got in her hand!"

Liana motioned towards Ari, the young woman who was going to, play with what ever it was she captured.

"I tell you one thing, Vincent, what ever killed those people, wasn't those..."

A concerned expression grew on Vincent's face. It was not often that one would find Liana in a state where she was vomitting over a railing due to a gruesome sight. She was a strong woman. Vincent held his shotgun halfway up the barrel in one hand and patted the sick woman's back a couple of times before turning to see the dead compy in the other woman's hands.

Vincent walked over to Ari and stared at the dead creature in her arms. He used his index finger to lift the head by by pushing up slightly under the jaw. He examined it for a moment before muttering,

"Fascinating... It's unlike any creature I've witnessed before," he said, "What is it exactly? It's obviously of reptilian nature..."

-La Luna, Main Deck-

Liana looked over to the sight of the dead compy in Ari's hand. She shuddered at the sight. She stood strait and looked to Vincent. He had his arrogance, but just now, he showed some cocern. She shook her head, answering before someone else would.

"It's...well uh..."

She pointed to the younger Alex, the one with the Cigar.

"He...said its a Dino..."

Liana shruged.

"That's impossible, I mean....I see it, yet I can't belive it. Despite the reports we got...I..I don't know anymore..."

Liana sighed and looked down, and moved away from the rail, trying to get away from the smell of the boat.

"Can we get away from all the blood now? You think? Anywheres but the damn bloody boat..."

Alex took a long drag off his cigar and looked at Liana,

"Forgive me for being blunt miss but, if they can get on board that boat, they can sure as hell get aboard this one." Alex chipped his cigar off the edge before continuing. "We're probably safer on the Island, where we actually have somewhere to run..."

"Judging by the size of the wounds on their bodies, the reptile is quite obviously a carnivour." he said. "And a fair sized one at that. I would say some sort of Velociraptor. And if Im right, we're going to have one hell of a problem on our hands, One would be easy enough to deal with, but they are very simmilar to wolves and travel and hunt in packs."

((Lost where Im supposed to be.))

-Unknown Ship-

Mark continued to follow the man around. People seemed on edge. Of course he would be too if he knew what was coming. Mark approached the man that was leading him around.
Where are we going?

~ La Luna, Main Deck ~

Vincent examined the corpse of the dead reptile quite extensively for the next few minutes, even being so bold as to take it out of the good doctor's hands for a moment before replacing it. His attention was quickly diverted from intrigue to disbelief and apprehension as he faced who seemed to be the resident paeliantologist who made reference to the fact that the injuries sustained to the crew of the other ship seemed to match those one would receive from a Velociraptor.

Vincent wasn't quite sure how this man would be able to tell what form of injury a raptor would inflict considering there has never been a raptor injury that was studied. Only those who visited the Jurassic Park islands before apparently knew anything.

Brassard still seemed slightly hesitant to believe that the island would be full of fully fledged dinosaurs as seemed to be what was being implied at. They'd find out shortly, though. He hoped there were some, though not an abundance as that would be too dangerous, even for an adrenaline junkie such as himself.
