In The 37s, Janeway orders blue alert in the landing scene. By Course: Oblivion, it changed to red. Can anyone think of a better reason other than that the Oblivion crew were duplicates?

It was under differnt conditions, they didn't have the time to do everything right, hence going into red aleart and going into the planet.
