STDS9: Trials and Tribble-ations
After my last anti-Enterprise poll, I thought I'd go the other way- Which was the best Enterprise- I'd say NCC- 1701-E. And- I hate the NX01 because the series is rubbish- doesn't count- we're looking at the ships. While we're on the subject, does anyone have any ideas what the next Enterprise NCC1701F should look like, and who will captain it? Tuvok?

The Enterprise-J is my favorite. Looks sleek and sexy.

Yeah, I'm not too big on the NX class. Its just a flipped over Akira class starship.

Umm...Enterprise Z. LOL.

Right now...too many to wrap my brain around. I'd have to go back and review them all. I'm too lazy for that.

The E of coarse! You have to go by the rule of ass kicking, which one is more powerful! The NCC 10701-E

Enterprise-D was the best. We never really did see too much of E and 1701, A, B, and C are just too old looking to be the best. NX-01 was no good b/c I hated the series. J/K, actually, it was an alright ship, but too metallic looking. The poll is missing a ship or two I believe. NCC 1701 and NCC 1701-J

I said B, it was sleek and kind of ushered in a new design format for the heavy carrier starships.

I think the competition for sexiest Enterprise is between E and B. The enterprise B is possibly one of my favorite ships other than the Sovereign class.

The Excelsior class is very sleek and looks fast, but the Sovereign has to win my vote. Besides, I don't think it can be argued that the Sovereign class is the most powerful Enterprise.

The best one has to be the E-E. It is sleek, fast, and the engines wont damage the fabric of subspace. It's a multi role ship, advanced weaponry, and sensor labs and all that. Plus it took on a Reman warbird and went home to tell about it

Yeah, I definitely think that the E is the most powerful and modern, which often clouds my judgement, but I still think that the B is the best for the starships available in its given time period.

It almost didn't!!! It would have been destroyed! And, by all technical rights, SHOULD have been destroyed. Picard went to activate the self destruct sequence on it to take out the ship. But, of course and with convenience, the self destruct sequence was "offline." So, IMO, if he wanted to self destruct the ship that bad, why not just go to Engineering with a phaser and hit the Warp Core?! DUH! LOL...

But they did win, that's what makes the crew so great. "Wait, maybe we don't have to use self distruct, we can do this....and still save Earth"

I still Say E-E, look at the comforts! I guess I can agree about the B, changing eveloution of starship design, but almost all E's did!. C, though, look at that. It is like a mixture of B, and D

I liked the C but with one proviso, we change over the isolinear chips to the Voyager's neural gel packs.

I actually think all the Enterprises are a bit to bulky for an exploration vessel (probable due to all the extra de3partments needed) and so really I would not like to captain any of them.

I guess in terms of how good the ship was as a ship as in...technically? Then the E...duh.

But my fave is definitely the D.

The E looked really cool in the movies. I wish they could've had it in the series. I like the D too though.
