Currently...
1. Threshold - This is one of the most ridiculous plot's ST could even come up with. Didn't they stop to think that maybe this whole concept would be stupid? Paris acchiving warp ten and seeing everything at once...okay not the best idea but not the worst in the episode. However...having it change Paris's dna structure so he would evolve into some sort of savage creature...which leads him to capture Janeway. And while in his altered state remember how to acchive warp ten again and evolve even more into a slug salamander create...and then mate with Janeway...
2. Unforgettable - One I've dubbed Unforgiveable, and was horrifed when I saw this. Also another episode which features that 'reset button' that was ever so featured on Voyager. Although in this episode I'd take it because I'd like to erase all memory of this episode from happening. Why? did it ever have to come to this?
A woman from some species that has some sort of chemical which allows other species to forget her once she's left them for a matter of time. Kind of an interesting concept...and then she comes to Voyager to track down one of her own kind who have strayed the flock to explore other options of living. And madly falls in love with Chakotay and leaves ones the strayed flock as been found...
And then because she has to be with Chakotay so badly that she would throw away her job, her whole believe system for a man who doesn't even remember having even met her in the first place. Who's idea was it for her to 'fall' into Chakotay's arms in the messhall when Voyager was being attacked? All I have to say is what the...!?

It's not a chemical, persay...it's a pheromone...granted it's a chemical, but you made it sound like they created it even though it's naturally in their body chemistry...I don't know if that was your intention...

"Fury".
I can't imagine any worse episode in any TV series.
Not only because it was badly written and the whole "plot" was so full of flaws but also because of the purpose of the episode which was to destroy and humiliate a beloved Star Trek Voyager character and insult the fans of the character.
"Fury" is so awful that it should have ben erased from Voyager.

Fair haven, Learning Curve, Unimatrix Zero, Imperfection, The Disease, Heroes and Demons definitely. If you liked Fair Haven, you either have zero taste, or are mad!!

- No it wasn't my intention. It has been at least five years since I've seen that episode, I'm bound to get somethings wrong.

I did like Fair Haven, as a matter of fact, and I'm certainly not mad...and I do surprisingly have taste...

- I loved the idea of being assimilated, for entertainment it's great. Janeway, Tuvok and Torres as Borg. How awesome. The borg to me are vampires, very dark and seductive (especally the borg queen), their almost like the undead...and they go for the blood first. And also notice how they begin the assimiation process. Two tubles to the neck.
However somethings in Unimatrix Zero didn't quite make sense to me. Like how are they supposed to get away with this plan of theirs by using these neural implants. Okay ...so far I get it. But how come the Borg Queen didn't notice something 'up' when she couldn't hear their thoughts.
Maybe I'm missing something here, it has been years since I've seen that episode.
