Robert Novak: Karl Rove Was One of My Sources

WASHINGTON Columnist Robert Novak said publicly for the first time Tuesday that White House political adviser Karl Rove was a source for his story outing the identity of CIA officer Valerie Plame.

Read more at FoxNews.com.

You really need to look more at the story to find more info, but Rove, it looks, is still safe from the idea that he was the person who outed her, though he may have been a source. But even if he did, again, as several of us here have been saying, Plame wasn't covert, so there was no law broken, period.

I read the column that Novak wrote this morning in the paper. It was very interesting...Apparently the stories aren't lining up. Novak's accounts are different from one of his sources accounts. I would have given anything to have been a fly on the wall for those discussions...

Well, it looks like Fitzgerald may have abused his power. He may very well have known the sources ahead of time, known of Libby's innocence, and had Miller thrown in jail to get information he already knew. If that's the truth then he's the one who broke the law, not anyone else. I still think Wilson had something to do with this as well.

Yeah, the column I read sure implicated that Fitzgerald had a list of the sources. Lets see...Novak specifically says that Fitzgeral knew independantly the sources...1...2...twice. Interesting.

Heard about that. It's ridiculous. Just another attempt by Wilson to smear the President, only this time his wife is involved. Idiots
