There's one where the NX-01 crew get offered hospitality by an automated station that turns nasty and kidnaps the crew, and another where the ship gets stranded in 1950's America. Could someone please tell me what they are?

It's called "Dead Stop", fourth episode from season 2.

The only episode where the ship is "Stranded" in the past America, is Season Four's
"Storm Front I & II"
There IS one with the 50's only the crew of the NX-01 isn't stranded, it's a Vulcan ship Told from a 'story' from point of view,
"Carbon Creek"
which is a Season II episode.

There is also an episode where they go back in time to 21st century Earth. Carpenter Street, I think. I don't know if they were stranded though.
