Which of the 7 Seasons Of ST Voyager Is Your Favorite?

Probably, has been at one time, or another.
But, hey! What the hay? Let's do it anyway.

I know favorite episodes have been brought up.
I know least favorite episodes have been brought up.

But, how about your favorite season for ST Voyager?

After voting, how about giving a comment as to why it is your favorite season, like which episodes made that season your favorite?
... and maybe, why another season was the worst?

Hey, Slash_Gordon. Lets try to leave our differences at the door, shall we? I don't hate Voyager...VOY is just my least favorite Star Trek series...Wait...Voyager IS better than The Animated Series...*shudder*

Heh...anyhoo...

I chose Season 4. Do you know why? Because Season 4 gave us that wonderful character that we have come to know and some may even love, named Seven of Nine. I love the Borg (although, as you may know, I love the Dominion a whole lot more). Making a Borg a cast member was ingenious. Seven saved the show, for me, at least.

I also, have to choose Season 4.
Most of my favorites episodes are there, even though, Timeless and Equinox are not there.

But, not bad enough to turn me away.

I considered Season 5, except that 2 of my very least eps are there:

Season 2!

It's excellent. All episodes are really good, except for "Threshold" which is actually watchable if you just imagine it as one of Janeway's nightmares after eating too much of Neelix's food.

The best episodes in this magnificent season are:

Persistence Of Vision
Basics #1
Alliances
Tuvix
Meld
Resistance

If the "missing episodes" from season 1 are counted as season 2 episodes, then "Projections" should be counted among the best too.

Season 2 is just outstanding! One of the best seasons ever in Star Trek.

Voyager's season 1 and 3 are great too.

In terms of re watchiblity in a numer of episodes in a season, not overall, I;d guess I'd say season seven. One bored the heck out of me, two is "meh" but it starts to get a lil better (Despite the repated plot lines)

I couldn't just pick a season like that, I like episodes from each (obviously) - so I tallied up the eps I do like in each season and here are the results:

Season 1: 10/20 Best: Caretaker Part 1 | Worst: Emanations
Season 2: 13/22 Best: Deadlock | Worst: Resistance
Season 3: 17/26 Best: Macrocosm (1st ep viewed) | Worst: Remember
Season 4: 20/26 Best: Year of Hell Part 2 | Worst: Concerning Flight
Season 5: 19/26 Best: Timeless | Worst: Bride of Chaotica (need I say more)
Season 6: 21/26 Best: Equinox Part 2 | Worst: Muse
Season 7: 21/26 Best: Friendship One | Worst: Author, Author

Looks like Seasons 6 and 7 win the title. If I were to choose between these two, then I think Season 7. The killing of Lieutenant Carey was very bold (dispite his 6 year absence from engineering!)

I'd have to say season 4 as well. It just had a lot of good episodes I think. I think after that, my favorite season was 5.

um...grr hard question. Let me get back to you on that once I've seen all of the episodes. I still haven't seen some of season 2 & 3. And it's also been five years since I've seen any episode that's not from season 1 or 4

Season Four was as about as great as Voyager ever got after the first three rather middling seasons. Season Five was ok, then the show went downhill again in Seasons Six and Seven.
