Ok, the voyager has, Amazing armour, amazing transferic stuff, and yet in nemisis, the star trek movie, the uss Enterprise-E??? i think, has nothing like that, im sure star fleet would have drooled over the idea of this type of weopenary and put it into production straight away!

No, because that violates the Temporal Prime Directive. Starfleet probably had it destroyed or maybe we're still studying it. I bet S31 is studying it.

Id say its being studied. Not so much as the temporal prime directive, but to see what the limits are etc... also, its not that far apart (Voy return, and nemesis)

They wouldn't have fitted it through out the fleet. It's most likely they wouldn't know how to make more of it. done forget it was from over 30 years in the future. It will take them some time to study it and learn how to duplicate it.

It dont take long to promote and assinge someone. In the books, it was all done at the welcome home ceramony (I know its not cannon, i just used it as an example)

Ya, Voyager returned to Earth on Stardate 54973.4, and Nemesis took place on Stardate 56844.9. Just under two years later...
