Flag Burning

i know this isnt global but it affects america

in my area lastnight a string of 7 houses were "attacked" when some burned 7 american flags. Everyone is upset but i say there safe and didnt do anything to wrong, a few charges of vanadlizism and their off the hook, now i just took american histroy and flag burning IS safe under the constitution, supported by this case:

o and also the news was talking about a law that would make flag burning against the constitution.....

I don't think they should make it illegal, but I will say this. You can keep your right to burn the flag and I'll keep mine to stomp your a** into the ground if I catch you doing it.

It was on a string of houses T. They claim pranksters did it. I don't think the people who owned the flags, burned them. But others came and did it.

I meant did they burn the flags belonging to the people who owned the houses, or merely on their front lawns. Like those big crosses rednecks find the need to burn on black peoples lawns. If it's the former, then it's vandalism, if it's the latter, it's trespassing and could possibly be construed as a hate crime. After all, this is America,

from the reports the area is lived in by a large number of VETS and some current active duty people, it appears there was no pattern to which flags, ther flags were left out over night and set on fire in the middle of the night

yes ok, they did vandilize private property, but the hole big thing around here is THE FLAGS, the flags, omg they burned flags, O sweet jesus, they burned flags, come on, its a couple of flags, its there self expresion, if they are cought, the most that should happen is some community service.....
