Since many people in my last topic i made said that it would be better if i made the terrain and water in my pics in Max, so i took your advice and well this is the end pic.

NOTE: some people on Sci Fi Meshes pushed me to try and learn how to make realistic water in Max since all my other water topics were made in Terragen which is kinda a cheaters way of making terrain and water, so this is the end result of them pushing. what do you think of it?

I must admit, the water looks splendid compared to the other water...I mean, the other water was nice, but this does look superior...

Interesting angle on the shot though...I like it, but at the same time I don't...haha, if that makes sense...LOL...

What I wanna see is Voyager "surfing" over water...in a weird angle, but not too weird like the one expressed above...

But it still looks cool!

That water is incredible! And the angle is very expressive. I would like to see a little more of the suttle though. Not all of it, and the amound of space it takes up is good. But maybe shrink it a little more? The detailing on its hull is fantastic.

I love how realistic the beveling is on the hull and the reflections on the water.

Fantastic job!!

I like the shuttle to, but unfonaulty its not mine, its Ed Giddings flyer. and thanks, and i can't really shrink it cause it would mess up the scale if i shrink it the waves would be equal to the hole ship and would make the flyer about the size of a small box in real life.

Makes sense. It's like trying to ask a painter to change the size of a man's head once they've framed the piece. It still looks wonderful

Ya, I like the details on the shuttle....

and shrinking it wouldn't really work, but maybe zoom out from the shuttle a little...showing a little more of the shuttle's hull, but keeping that angle...but don't zoom out too far, ya know?

And I have to agree with TM, it is an expressive angle...
