Iraq Defends Irans Right to Peaceful Nuclear Program [ARTICLE]

Iraq's Foreign Minister, Hoshya Zebari, defended Iran's right to a peaceful nuclear program. Zebari says that, "Every country has the right to have its nuclear technology, every country like the Islamic Republic or any other country, since it is for peaceful purposes." Iraq also wants the international community to end its arguement that Iran needs to prove it is not building nuclear arms.

I'm in Steamboat Springs right now, and only have enough time to check in, read a few things, and stuff, but I wanted to respond to this by saying that this really blows away the argument that Iraq is our little puppet, doesn't it?
By the way, this does disturb me.
