Discovery SSV-01, Corridor

"Of coarse Commander" he said nodding his head. He waited for her to enter her quarters before he walked down the hall to his own.

Once inside he went to the bathroom and cleaned himself up in the showers and went to the bridge to introduce himself to the Captain.

Discovery, Hatsumono's Quarters

Hatsumono took her things into her quarters and began arranging them in her specific order. She found a small space for her shrine and set it up. She sighed in content before dressing in uniform and heading towards the Bridge to see if she could find Sa'Val.

Sa'Val nodded as Kortal went down the corridor. "Of course...." she said sadly. She turned and went into a turbolift. 'Bridge." She looked down to the floor. Wondering what was wrong with Kortal

Hatsumono appeared on bridge and looked around for a few moments, running her hands over the new consoles. She smiled to herself. Everything was perfect.

Sa'Val jumped again for the second time in a day, in the same room. "Oh!" Sa'Val realized who it was. She sighed and placed a hand on her chest, the left side, where the VUlcan heart is. "Sorry Commander,... I wasn't expecting anyone on the bridge so suddnely..."

The lift opened and Erik stepped out onto the bridge. He imediatly spotted the Commander and the Captain. He circled round the bridge so he stood face to face with the Captain.

"Hello, Im Erik McAbe, your cheif engineer." he said. "Im glad to finally meet you"

Sa'Val nodded, but she felt...tense. She didn't realize it, but she started backing up, and backed into the wall that was right behind her. New people all at once... "Uh..." She looked down at the floor to try and regain her breath. "Hi...nice to meet you again, Mr. McAbe..." Sa'Val looked to Hatsumono. "You to, commander..."

Hatsumono smiled to both Sa'Val and Erik again.

"Nice to see you again." She nodded to Erik before turning to Sa'Val. "Everything seems in order."

Sa'Val nodded quickly. "COmmander your seat is over there..." Sa'Val pointed to the one on the left of Sa'Vals seat. She looked at her engineer. "Uh...there's an engineerings station over there." Sa'Val pointed to the other side of the bridge.

Selma nodded and walked away from the Captain, towards the OPS position, in the front of OPS.

Just from speaking with Captain Sa'Val, Selma felt as if she wasn't going to like this woman...she seemed...cold. To be absolutely truthful, Selma had no idea how such a...timid woman could become a Captain. A good Captain needs people skills...this Vulcan did not have any such skills. From the few words that Captain Sa'Val had said to her, Selma knew that she wasn't going to like her. She had been so...cold to her. How rude...

Selma was beginning to wonder why she had decided to go through with this...after the robbery, anyways.

Selma sat down in her seat. She glanced over the OPS console before letting a heavy sigh escape her lips...What had she gotten herself into? She should have just stayed in Berlin...

Hatsumono headed over to her seat, hesitating a few seconds before taking her seat. The chair was cushy and comfortable. A smile creased Hatsumono's smooth complexion. She could get used to this job.

Sa'Val nodded and started to feel at ease. It was all coming together now. She walked over and sat down in her chair. she looked around, soon the rest of the stations will be manned...

"When are we due to launch?" She turned to look at Sa'Val.

Hatsumono nodded and shifted slightly in her chair, adjusting her uniform. She felt strange dressed in the Starfleet uniform. She wasn't used to such a stiff uniform but she didn't mind it. She ran her fingers of the pips on her collar.

Erik McAbe walked to the Engineering console and sat down. He wanted to be there when the Captain issued the first orders. He wanted to watch throught the Viewscreen as the Discoveries entered Warp for the first time.

Kortal stepped onto the bridge, tired of sulking in his quarters. It was not behavior that fit a Klingon whatsoever. He took his position at tactical, not saying anything. Kortal felt embarrased about his behavior earlier and simply stood tall.
