Hey, has anyone else read this book? I found something interesting and I'm wondering if it's an error on the editor/publisher's part, or if it was Christie Golden who make the mistake of putting that there is a deck 30 or deck 32 on Voyager.

Also, I'd like your opinion on the book itself. Personally, I liked it but I had a hard time swallowing the idea that Janeway would violate the Prime Directive for a WORMHOLE.

I really liked The Murdered Sun... I haven't read it in a while... but I remember that I liked it. Um um um.... let's see. The thing about Janeway violating the Prime Directive is that... she always violates the Prime Directive. Even in the show. And then she always yells at everyone else for doing it when they do it like... once. And she puts them in jail. So I don't think it was anything new when she violated it this time.

Bored? Well, I'm a fan of Golden personally.....I've met her before...she's quite a nice person, and normally an excellent writer.

I thought the book was okay. I thought it was funny whenever B'Elanna would get mad at the alien species in the book. I haven't read it in a while though. You know's a good book though? STV: Ghost of a Chance.

What deck thing? I obviously haven't read the book. And yes the show established 15 decks...so what happened in the book?

On the contrary, I find most of the books better than most of the TV episodes.

As for contradictions, read my Book reviews here:

As for "The Murdered Sun", it's a very good book. Christie Golden is a great author and a very nice person too (i did have some mail exchange with her some years ago) so I fogive her for the Deck 30 error.

- I have this book but haven't read it in years. 32 decks on Voyager!? That's a huge error. I'm sorry I'm a nitpick type of fan, and I hate inconsistancies like that.
