If there was a Voyager movie, Species 8472 would be the perfect enemy. Afterall, the door was left open for them to return.
I can see it now... Species 8472 invades Earth. Retired Voyager members start realizing that some humans aren't too human.. and they come out of retirement to battle them. Maybe another Voyager enemy can be in the movie, also. The Dream species? How about them? Species 8472 and Voyager crew members are in the dream state, along with billions of humans on Earth. How would the Dream Species make it to Earth? Maybe, the female decendent of the Caretaker would send them to Earth as revenge for her dead father(Caretaker), because she still hasn't forgiven the Voyager crew.
I would hate it, if the movie looked like Independence Day, though.
They better hurry and make that Voyager movie, since our Voyager crew aren't getting any younger.

Did you not watch VOY? Species 8472 is not a bad guy, they never were. The VOY crew were so dumb and easily manipulated that they believed the Borg, of all people.
Why would they be a bad guy?

Yeah.. I watched the episodes. Species 8472 were enemies during Scorpion Parts 1 & 2, along with the Borg. It was a matter, for Voyager to choose the lesser of two evils. In another episode, Species 8472 was planning a stealth invasion of Earth, before they backed down.
I think, that Species 8472 could easily be made an enemy in a Voyager movie. Afterall, they were planning an invasion on Earth anyway. Why not have them go through with their original plan?
I think that Voyager manipulated the Borg, more than the Borg manipulated Voyager.
Didn't you watch the end of that episode(Scorpion)? The Voyager crew held all the cards in the end. Also, that's the episode that Voyager received a top notch crew member... Seven of Nine. Yeah! Not dumb at all!
