PostFri May 05, 2006 1:47 pm    RPG Help

You know, I've had a few non-Trek RPG ideas in my head for a while. However, I've never played an RPG game before and it's quite daunting. I'm not the most creative or eloquent person when it comes to posts, and I think if I was going to set up a RPG, I'd need some help.

Can anyone please point me in the direction of a site that gives advice to first-time RPG players? Can anyone here give any advice? I'd appreciate any input. Thank you.

Well its not that hard...

All you realy have to do is post what you would like a character to do...what you think you would do or someone else would do in the provided scenarios

It sounds easy, but I've just never done it before. I'm willing to give it a go, but I just wondered if anyone had any simple tips for those of us who've never played an RPG before.

well basically just follow the rules...post actively...it doesnt even matter if your good at first...It will come to you over time...all you have to do is follow the storyline and go along with it.
