|
Alright...this may have been done before. If so, please lock this topic.
Anyhoo...
Which alien species, in Star Trek, is your favorite and why?
My favorite alien species is...for those of you who have RPed with me, you may know...the Bajorans. I'll explain at a later time...
So? What are YOUR favorite alien species?

Please not Vulcans...

I like The Romulans. I think it's interesting to have a race that has descended from The Vulcans, and I think excitement follows The Romulans wherever they go. Let me put it to you this way, if they made a Romulans movie, or a mini-series, or a Romulan series of books, I'd be the first in line to watch/read them.

Founders of course. The leaders of the Dominion. They can turn into almost anything, not to mention they seemed to be rather super strong and it took a lot to kill one.

First, La Forge, are you sure it's not Ferengis? I thought you liked Ferengi? Ferengi Pirates!, remember?
Second, for me I'd probably have to say the Vulcans. The number one reason: Spock.
Unless holograms or androids are considered alien species, in which case they'd be up there too (because of Data, the Doctor, and, of course, Vic Fontaine )

The borg. The most destructive and dangerous species in the galaxy.

I say the Cardassians. I love the Jem'Haddar and Romulans as well, but I think the Cardassians with characters like Damar, Dukat, Marritza, Ghemor, Tain and Garak are the most interesting and complex species on Trek.
