Did anybody else notice it?!
It was mainly in season 5 i think, when Kira was pregnant. Season 5 would have aired the same year that Alexander Siddig & Nana Visitor got married. I think there attraction to each other kinda leaked into there on screen charcters....

Nana also happens to mean "7" in Japanese. Hehe.
Well, considering that Nana Visitor was pregnant with Alexander Siddig's child at the time (to the best of my knowledge), that was a really huge inside joke they played in DS9: Apocalypse Rising. In that episode, Kira referred to the beachball she was carrying around as "His" fault.  Of course, on the show she was referring to how the doctor transplanted Keiko's baby into her, but "We" know the truth.

Yeah the look on Dukats face is priceless when Kira tells him its Cheif O'Briens baby 
Kira: "After you incisted on those anomalys bio scans"
Bashir: "That was Keiko!"
Kira: "Thats right but id rather blame you!"
Bashir: "What ever make you happy! I never argue with my patients, or my commanding officer"
Love that! Thats the main part where i got the idea to make this thread

The show actually lightly touched on Bashir hitting on Kira and she pretty much told him to go to...uh...you know.

Yes, yes. The actor's were married. I thought it hilarious when she as pregnant with his child on DS9. I mean, I just couldn't help but laugh.
I honestly believe that there was something there between Kira and Julian for a while. I'm not sure why. I could just...feel something between them.

Well, there's just been scenes in which they showed great friendship, and Bashir did hit on her once or twice. 'Politely declining' him doesn't mean Kira wasnt interested- it could just mean she felt embarassed about wanting him or whatever.
Of course, it's speculation here.
