and that is 3
Well, it could be people just not wanting to show lower scores, feeling inferior to the other users who scored high

No, Theresa, Hallibonty and me... We all fell for it. Maybe even Sevon Of Nine and Tuvok8917
that makes 5.

mine is 155...however I don't think that these tests are a good way to measure ability. Someone who has perfect pitch for instance has a very specific type of intelligence, and is very intelligent in a specific way, but that may not be reflected in an IQ test. Some people have an amazing sense of movement, some would classify that as a spatial intelligence, but it wont neccessaraly be reflected as such in an IQ test. It isn't a skill, but a type of intelligence, and one that isn't reflected in a traditional IQ test. I know some very intelligent people who don't score well on IQ tests for various reasons. I have a friend who is dyslexic and her reading ability artificially lowers her IQ score.

(and someone mentioned that a professional assesment might be lower, in my experiance they are usually higher...they don't really work quite the same way online ones do. This holds true for me as well as others I know and have tested. Online I usually test 140-145, but professinally 155)

onehundered and fiftybloodyfive?

My god, you are not related to Stephen Hawkings or something are you?

You might not think that an IQ score says THAt much about your actual intelligence, but 155 sure says something.

How high does the IQ test go again?

I just went through the whole test on gigtest.com, but they wanted $10 to show me my score. This sucks a lot.

I took the Oxford IQ test a couple years ago. 132 was my score. But i really don't think that you can grade an Intelligence.

IQ tests are a waste, IMO.

However, I took one when I was 12. I got 112...which leads me to believe how unreliable IQ tests are.

I took the funeducation one and scored 140...I got 1 question wrong, because I didn't understand what they wanted, with english not being my native language. Oh, and it's not valid anyway, since I'm still under 18....

did someone try out the test at www.iqout.com
i think it's a good one, it's not about having general knowledge like many other tests (e.g. at the funeducation one there was this word with mixed letters and if you put them into the right order, you would get a city....but for findinf out which city it is, you have to actaully know the name of the city), it's more like logical thinking

It's one year later and I finally took a professional test. I scored 124, which is apparently pretty good (5% of the World's population get 124 or above...at least according to psychologists).
Still I believe that there are some things we can't really measure, and anybody's IQ is just the perfect example for that.
Plus, how many here have written that their IQ became higher? As far as I know, your IQ stays the same all life long, better scores just imply you know how to handle the type of questions asked in a test
