I have never seen an episode where Kira was gay. I don't believe that she is. Now

i believe that she may have been bisexual. just because she did not get any airtime with female partners does not mean she is straught. As for Garak he could have been bi. More ppl than you think are bi.
To prove that kira may be bi (or gay and not be able to come out) examine her relationship with zial. I know i have annoyed ppl with my bisexual rants before but to take me as a case study, not many ppl think i am bisexual, i have a male partner and live a 'normal' life. If i leave my boyfriend i could just as easily end up with a woman.

I definitely agree. People shouldn't fall into stereotypes. I didn't think that Kira was gay. She was with another male Bajoran and then later with Odo. Just because she's tough doesn't mean she's gay. Ro Laren was tough too and she wasn't gay. She had to be tough because she was like Sisko's right hand at times.

Yeah but.....Dax is a man trapped in a woman's body...twice that we know of...who also proceeded to hose with a Klingon no less.....seems to me that Trill sexual orientation falls highly in the "experimental" category.
and I dont care what anybody says....the borg Queen was down with getting "real friendly" with 7/9...
and then there were that race in TNG that was neither man nor woman and one of them fell in love with Riker, along with one race in ENT that needed a mysterious "third sex" in order to procreate, whom they treated like property and passed around from family to family when they were done with them
ok so maybe not really gay, but sure is damn peculiar

That is a dumb assumption. Why would you say that? Geez...Kira was...just...y'know. A strong woman. Do you have a problem with that? I liked Kira a lot...saying stuff like that is just...rude and stupid. I don't have anything bad about gays but give some proof, eh?

Agreed. She wasn't gay. Nothing against them, but just because she had that kiss with Ezri in the Mirror Universe doesn't mean anything. It doesn't mean that neither she nor Ezri lesbians.
If they were, then it was in the mirror universe. But that's just it--the mirror universe.
So, yeah. Strong woman, as Bajorans are. The Bajorans have a culture in which the women are far stronger, if you will, and tough than in our culture. That's just how Kira was.

I doubt kira was gay. Especially as she fell in love with vedek berile and Odo. And in the real world she is a straight woman (Was married to alexander siddig)
When it comes to trills its most likley that all conjoined trills are bisexual seeing as they have male and female experiences.
Also it has been theorised and many people actually think this, that in the future almost everyone would be bisexual. Now i dont want any arguments saying its wrong and sick etc etc, im simply saying that, that is what some people believe.
Also i think the relationship with Zial & Kira was more of a sister thing or even mother thing. Kira saw her as family not a hot peice of ass
Oh and Jadziaezri i boubt in the 24th century people would still be placed into steriotypical roles based on there sexuality. And like you i have a normal life and not many people think im gay, but its the truth and theres no deniying that. Just because i dont look, act or sound gay doesnt mean im not.

Yes! I definitely agree on that one. The Borg Queen was just friendly with everyone...Picard, Data, Seven, even Janeway if she had the chance. There were just...too many sexual undertones about her. "We're your family." Uh huh...that's a pretty weird family if you ask me, she always seemed to look at Seven or Picard in a very possessive sexual look. But anyway, enough about that. I've watched First Contact and some of the Voyager episodes with the 2 Borg Queen actresses too many times now.

I don't think that Kira was gay, but, just because she had some boyfriends, doesn't mean she's not gay.
Bi-sexual is still gay in my book.
