PostTue Mar 14, 2006 10:16 am    What are you buying your mother this year?

In England UK its nearly that time of year again when we give thanks to our mothers for having us and putting up with us.

I was wounderinmg what you are all gettings or have already gotten your mother for mother's day.

(btw mother day is the 26th of March here in England UK for you'se that dont know)

This year I had to buy two mother day gift's.

1 for my mam,
and one for Danni (aka Seven Of Nine) from samantha our daughter.

I got my mam a sterling siliver necklace with a green/black swirly kinda style shell square pendant.

My mother has recently got into the whole Gem stone & such jewlery

as for Danni then well she got what she's been buggin me about since it came on the Latest Sim's 2 Expansion Pack Open For Business, and I know the monment I turn my back shes going to be on my pc installing it.

at least I wont have her saying how she wants and needs it any more, now I ll just have to suffer how great it is and stuff.

Hm. Well, my mom's birthday is May 4th (which is the day we remember the dead of WW II, ) But anywayz, it's most of the times close to mother's day. So we don't do anything extra, I just make breakfast for her of buy her something small.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: I don't need a special day to show my mum that I love her. I do it all year round.
Plus, why give material gifts to someone who has everything they need? It's a waste.

Although... through the pressure of my mother's never ending hints, it looks like I'm getting her Arctic Monkey's album.

I cleaned the house for her instead of buying her something. It was free and good exercise!
