You know you're a devoted trekkie couple when your husband lovingly and devotedly looks you in the eyes and says:

"If I were a trill, and my host body died, and the only other host they could find to put me in was a female host, would you still be with me?"

That sounds more like Stargate to me...

you know you are a trekking when you can imagine something when you hear the word "Ferengi"

You know you're a trekkie when it freaks you out to see a picture of Leonord Nimoy or Tim Russ smiling.

^^^^That is so true, Trekkiewifee! But with me, that also applies to Seven as well since she barely smiled on Voyager. But yeah, I'm also so shocked to see Tim Russ or Leonard Nimoy smile or laugh.

You know you're a Trekkie when you want to fly from California all the way to New York with your boyfriend just to go to a Star Trek convention to meet Kate Mulgrew. I wanted to go to the Las Vegas one, but the gold packages are all sold out and those are the best ones.

You also know you're a Trekkie, when you go on myspace.com and add them as friends.

And you also know when you're a Trekkie when you start calling your friends or significant other things like, "Number One." Or whenever they ask you something, you reply with things like, "Make it so, Number One or just "Make it so."

And you know when you're a Trekkie when you start drinking coffee, black, but can never go back to saying just "black coffee," and also when you start drinking Earl Grey tea but you also say, "Tea, Earl Grey, hot."

When you really believe that people can be as honest and good as they appear in Trek but you end up being burned badly by the dregs of society from time to time.

Yeah, that is annoying when they say "Trekker" instead of "Trekkie." Have you ever noticed that some of the Star Trek actors say "Trekker?" You also know your a Trekkie when you'll fly all the way over to Orlando with your boyfriend to go to a convention to meet Kate Mulgrew. Also, when you say things like "Make it so, Number One" and you accuse people of violating the Prime Directive in your day-to-day life.

Ya, I hate it when they say Trekker. What drives me even more crazy, is when they say "Trekkie," then go "Oh, I mean Trekker..." Lol...and they honestly believe that TrekkER is right...and it's wrong. Even Jonathan Frakes in the Director's commentary of FC said "trekker" and I about went ballistic...LOL

Hey, I WOULD fly all the way to Orlando for a convention JUST to meet the awesome Kate Mulgrew...lol...But I wouldn't fly with a boyfriend...a girlfriend perhaps...lol...

(And when was she in Orlando?)
