Your Top 10 Posters

I had a quick search to see if a topic had been done on this. Only one I could find was a topic from some time back, which focused more on post count.

If you wish, post your Top 10 users here. We're NOT talking about post count, we're talking about people whose posts you enjoy reading, or who you have developed a friendship with. Here's mine (in no particular order), along with brief reasons why I chose them.

1.) Cathexis. Interesting person to talk to, friendly, and always gets me thinking when we talk about something. Good sense of humour too. Willing to talk about various subjects, which always makes for good debate.

2.) Theresa. Unpredictable and funny. At the same time, serious and enlightening when it comes to talking about current affairs, politics, etc. Has a passion for baseball and other sports, which I envy.

3.) Leo Wyatt. Funny, affable, chatty and a good person. Great participant in Fun & Games and TIM.

4.) Angeldust. Is my equal when it comes to humorous exchanges of insults. A great sense of humour, and a user who can appreciate my idiosyncracies. Always willing to chat via PM.

5.) Zero. Very friendly, appreciates my often ridiculous sense of humour. Always willing to talk about various issues, and always willing to have a laugh and joke in the various forums here.

6.) Exalya. Wisdom beyond her years. Interesting to talk to, and like others on the list, always willing to discuss both light hearted and serious topics. Very friendly, and truly a kind person.

7.) Natira. Humorous, friendly and chatty. Easy to relate to, and always has a funny story to share about something. A unique sense of humour.

8.) Ziona. Friendly, and very helpful as a mod. Always willing to answer PM's, and talk about various issues. From my perspective, Ziona appears very patient and always willing to give you the time of day.

9.) AC/DC Girl. Posts a lot of good comments, very enjoyable to read, and very friendly. Always willing to chat in TIM topics, and enthusiastic to discuss lots of different subjects.

10.) Birdy. Friendly, always willing to participate in fun on this forum, and a good friend. Open-minded and intelligent. A good user on many forums here, including WN and TIM.

11.) Morphy. I don't know him that well. I rarely speak to him, and I don't recall many occasions where I've exchanged comments with him in a topic. However, he is the person who makes STV possible, and I wouldn't have made a lot of friends here without his contributions to STV.

On a final note, there are many more people I talk to, but those in my list are those I know well. At the end of the day, we all make STV what it is.

4.) Republican Man--Oh, come on...lol I love RM!! He's an awesome RPer and he's so original. He also has some of the most interesting political points of view...
5.) Theresa--Witty, poignant and sharp.
6.) TrekkieMage--Fellow fan of JetCer, extremely talented artist!!
7.) Exalya--Also intelligent and fun to talk to, we share many of the same interests. Especially the passion for education!!

9.) Captain Dappet--Oh, man...lol where do I begin...I LOVE Toby because he's--well-so funny and easy going......
10.) Hitchhiker---Original, creative...and quite helpful!!

This is a really great topic, especially since it breaks quality from quantity, and quality is such an important component of posting.

These first few aren't neccesarily in order, because they are all good posters for various reasons and it seems to me like comparing apples and oranges in what I like in posts.



Theresa: Who doesn't know T? She's got a very sharp sense of humor and does a brilliant job moderating the site

RM: While I don't agree with all of his idea, and occasionally get really frustrated with him () he's a really good debater and keeps me on my toes.

Exalya: It seems to me that she hasn't made a single post that wasn't well composed and well written. That and I don't remember her age, but I remember it surprised the heck out of me!

AUDACIOUS: His artwork is absolutely amazing! If you haven't seen that work in progress thread of his, you should! That and he's really funny

Captain Patrick: His graphic art awes me. That and he always seems to do amazing things when "he's just bored and had some time on his hands"

z-i-p-p-y: She's not on all the time, but she has been so much fun to chat with about art (specifically dolling, something I'd like to start up)

Cathexis: J/C, w00t! And she's very, very funny.

Superman: He starts such great topic

Thomas: Don't know him very well, but he and Theresa are quite a pair

Morphy: He's quiet and very busy, but heck, he started the board! Go Morphy!

1. Superman Stephen! He's just a great guy. For making this topic for instance! He was away for a while, I loooove having him back now. He's so funny and really intelligent, as mentioned before

2. Otter Dave. Dave's just a great guy, imo. Even though he's not much online anymore, I admire his strength, and how he handles his MS. I really look up to him on how he percieves life.

3. Leo Wyatt Debs!! Deb's just my fav gal, she's so friendly and nice. She has also a great sense of humour

4. Oliver Oli is a very nice guy. Don't talk to him much, but when I talk to him he's very friendly and funny.

5. Link, the Hero of Time I think he has really good posts in WN, I've never seen a post where I didn't agree with him

Valathous. The Dan is lots of fun. And he has a fish named after him! The fish is nearly as cute as he is.

Founder. Founder's an eloquent poster, a worthy mod and a nice guy. Easy going with an amazing talent for RP'ing.

Theresa. I intimidate T? That shocked me. T has always commanded respect, and I'm no exception!

Ziona. I don't talk to her much, but she's a good RP'er, and from everything I've seen, a very kind person.

TrekkieMage. I think she expresses herself in a very balanced way in WN, and I respect what she has to say.

Cathexis. A very nice, very intelligent person. It's always a joy to talk to her.

Scapegoat Bob. The one. The only. The legend. He's an anomaly I've always found... amusing.

(Please, do not take it personaly if your not mentioned) Like Exalya, I dont think I'll number them.

Exalya: Charming, and knows how to make one that's sad smile. She is smart, wise and is a good writter. I am for one, glad to have met Sydney. She is kind, and caring, and truly, becomes concerned about the well being of others.

Ziona: Sujen is wonderful to talk to. She also can make someone who is sad smile. I love her RPG post, and her writtings, she's great to get along with, and is a very kind soul. She also cares about the well being of others.

Founder: Funny, and very creative RPG'er. He does well in his posts, cares for others, and will discus just about anything with friends.

AC/DC Girl: Funny, and fun to talk to she hits a golf ball when bored :p

RM: RM is... RM. He likes to make his point and loves to debate. He's pretty good about Star Wars

Valathous: Dan? he's.... dan. I know what I know about hockey because of him!
