Hey everybody!

I'm just curious as to where everyone stands, politically speaking.

Are you a liberal, independent, or conservative? What do you think each one means and what makes you think you belong to any of these political parties?

As for me, I'm:

Take The Liberal Test At:

Are You A Liberal?

Yes, I am aware that the test is biased.

Take a REAL test,

That liberal test is so bias it's not even funny. Some of the answers to the questions made me sick.

On the Political Compass test, and it is a very good test. I'm Libertarian left in between Nelson Mandela and the Dalai Lama

On this test I got "not liberal" (real specific.)

The political compass test is MUCH better, on that I got +7,-2 or something like that.

I am drawing my leather glove and preparing to slap the maker of that test...

Anyways, it told me Independent which really isn't right. I'm Liberal and about 95% of all tests will tell me I'm Liberal, including that political compass one.

What a surprise. I'm sure you feel the opposite if it were making fun of conservatives

Oh, I'm sure I would. But it isn't. And so I find it funny. Especially since some of it I actually buy into

Heheeeeee, I thought it was pretty funny. It was clearly only meant as a joke, not to be real.

So definitely the best one there.

So, to the people who'd find this question relevant. How do you feel about hotlinking? Because, you know, STV has made it clear how we feel about hotlinking.

And yeah, the test was soooooo far out there.

But yeah, I agree it was way out there. But, lol, funny, nonetheless

Hotlinking is bad unless the site tells you it's ok (such as copy this code to post sort of thing).

I like the political compass, as it does show you better. It also recognises that libertarianism is the opposite of authoritarianism, which some people find hard to grasp.

Your political compass
Economic Left/Right: -7.75
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: -6.51

As for the test, don't need to take a political test to know where I rank. I'm a left-wing, commie, pinko--like Mandela, the Dalai Lama, Ghandi... Strongly libertarian on social issues, moderately socialist on economic issues.

And for the poll... Well, since it refers to political *parties* and I belong to none of the above, I couldn't answer, since there's no choice for "other," which, BTW, would include Democrat and Republican.

I'm registered Green.

You left out "Other".

I'm a radical techno-humanist.

I definetly not a liberal, socialist, or communist. I am a Republican through and through.

^ Ya know, there are liberal Republicans. A shocker, I know.

My dad was one. Back in the 60s they were pretty common. Look up Jacob Javits in the history book.

Of course, in this day and age, they'd never get elected to national office. Pity, because I might even consider voting Republican if you guys would nominate Pataki. But ya won't. Because he's a New York Republican--even though a move to the center would be a positive step for the Republicans.

Nah, it makes it easier if they don't do it at all, and simply host the pic themselves, I don't enjoy having to check, so,

Besides,

Thanks, anyway.

And if you scored liberal, on this test, I'm like, really worried...

^ I couldn't *take* this test. There were no options for my opinions. So, frankly, I have no idea what I might have scored.

(Topic not really news of any sort, nor is the test of any real value, since it's a complete bias)

That test is BS. NONE of my "real" answers matched their 4.
