Arc's thoughts were full of visions of people in pain, and dying. along with strange technology, and a symbol that was unknown. The mind contact brushed the symbol. Arc's upper right arm glowed, visible under the uniform, leaving a tatoo of the symbol there.
Arc made sure it was hidden, and went on.
"Commander, can you please just say it?"

Dan walked down to the security office and slowly removed his things, Several officers walked by and stared. Only one came and spoke.

Ensign Harolds "Excuse me sir but what are you doing ? Is it true you've been relieved from dueties ?"

A smile spread across Dan's face, Even now gossip was still ripe on the ship, He slowly shook his head and spoke in a calm voice,

"I have been promoted ensign and at my request I have been reassigned to a different department."

With that he picked up his things and walked out of the room, Smiling his thoughts wandered to the future, Of adventure and missions with him as a secret agent, Changing form whenever it was needed. He was quickly brought back from this thought when he nearly walked into a young lady in a blue uniform, They exchanged apologies quickly and she walked away, Yet his eyes lingered on her for a moment. Off he went again, He took a turbolift straight to his room dumped his things on a chair and walked back out again. Within a few short minutes he was standing on the bridge wondering what he should do. He walked to an unused console and spoke.

"Computer activate console."

Those were his only words as the console sprang to life his hands danced over the pannel, Data was being opened and closed at double the normal speed, He took in all of the data and kept going.

Arc saw her muscled begint o give way as she collapsed, and moved at super-human speed, catching her. He looked shocked. How had he done it?
"Arc to Sickbay, Medical Emergency in the First Quarters" said Arc to thin air.

*The Doctor swung his chair around and threw his PADD onto the desk. He reached around the corner for a medical kit and nodded to the chief nurse to take over in his abscense.

He exited sickbay, turning left, and heading towards the nearest turbolift.*

Arc felt weak as a cpboard fell open, and some uncattalogued mineral samples from the latest mission fell to the foor. He stumbled, and fell into the door. He managed to get up, before he fell over, unable to move, whilst several rocks, including a strange yellow one, glinted at him.

In her delerium, voices filled Katharyn's mind...what's happening, she thought to herself. Suddenly, it hit her--the memory of her confession to Arc....her feelings for him...she had let them both down by admitting that she loved him. She had broken her pact with herself to keep this a secret. She knew it was impossible for them to have a future together while serving on the same ship. Not only that, but it was against Starfleet regulations to fraternize with subordinates. The last thing she remembered before losing consciousness a second time was the clouded figure of the CMO rushing toward her.

Arc's brain raced, before a man appeared, in his mind, and announced himself as Arc's father. He explained it to Arc. Everything.

Dan stood working on a computer console, He had accessed the file he wanted, It had took him a long time to figure out just what he had wanted but he knew as soon as he saw it he knew that it was what he had been looking for. He accessed several more files and began compiling some sort of list.

"Computer transfer a copy to PADD"

It took a few moments but he finally had the information on a PADD, There was alot of data on the PADD and it had everything to do with his new office. He walked to the turbolift while tapping his comm.badge.

"Captain, Dan here I'll be in holodeck 1 if you need me Dan out"

By the time he had said this he was already slowing to a halt outside holodeck 1, He stepped out with the grace of a diplomate, Silently he entered the holodeck and spoke.

"Computer open up a holographic template of rooms 2 - 4 on deck 2, Remove all walls and clear out all equipment"

With a small bleep the computer complied, He stood in a large and bare room, He smiled.

"Perfect"

His voice oozed with eagerness.

"Computer, Place a several force field grids in the room, Along all walls, Allowing a 2 meter circumfrence on the inside"

Again the computer beeped and acroos the walls small bumps came out which would generate the force fields, They to would provide the perfect way to seal the room.

'Now what next' he thought he checked his list,

"Computer place 1 desk in the middle of the room on the starboard wall, Have force fields set to not touch 4 feet around the desk. Then in the center of the room place a type 2 subspace generator"

It took several moments for the computer to complete the task but nevertheless it completed the task with nothing more than a beep.

"Computer place along the walls at 2 meters apart place remote operated phasers."

The computer done the usual beep and then complied. Dan looked around the room, It was still bare but it was also acceptable for now.

"Computer save template as Dan-One and restrict access to me only"

Dan stood in the holodeck, Looking at the room he had created. He liked it alot, There was something about the security of the room that made him feel happy and content. He sat in a holographic chair and tapped his comm. badge.

"Dan to Commander Katharyn can you come to holodeck 1 ?"

(Remember Dan doesn't know what happened with Katharyn and Arc)

He sat in his seat and looked at her before continueing.

"Well ma'am I need your authorisation and your opinion on a matter"

Arc also left sickbay.
"Computer, initiate a continuous scan for a Niobium signature, inform only me when you locate one within two lightyears"
A beep confirmed this.

He walked into Holodeck 2, unaware what was happening the next holodeck.
"Computer, complie this program" said Arc, tapping on a control unit.
His hands moved with eighty times the speed of a normal humans, when he had stopped, an officer appeared in a Starfleet uniform, his collar was white, to show he was not in a specific mode.
"Is there a spare mobile emitter?" asked Arc
Affirmative
"Beam it to me"
A blue flash on the console, and the basic emitter appeared. Arc stuck it to the new hologram.
"Transfer the emergency Xivix hologram to Mobile Emitter B."
The hologram phased out.
"Inform the ship of the hologram, and add him to the ship's roster as...Xivix. Download the anomoly from Voyager's EMH into Xivix's program"
Complete
Xivix activated.
"I am ready to enter service"
"Computer, have holo-emitters activated in my quarters" said Arc

The Xivix hologram now had the wish to expand his programming. He stood there.
"Erm...What should i do?" he asked blankly.
"Go to holodeck one, check the emitters, then the armory, make sure everything is inventoried, then go to my quarters and recharge the emitter"

"Well first of all I will need your authorisation to turn rooms 2 to 4 into an intelligence office, I will also need several engineers assigned to help me do this"

He tapped a button and the holodeck showed what the room would look like when completed.

"I'd also like your opinion on how it looks"
