I'm going to have to decline your helpful posting hints. To "spout off liberal propaganda", in my opinion, is favorable to making generalizations. I didn't know John Kerry allied with Yoweri Museveni. The nerve Republicans have to suggest that Bush could run the country at all is outrageous.

I was trying to make a point. The terror alert system is pointless except for reminding the American people to be afraid.

From one point of view. Another point of view is to alert people to be careful. We were attacked by terrorists remember?

They raise it when a threat is seen. They didn't raise it over this tape.
