PostWed Jan 11, 2006 2:52 pm    Hamburgers

Ok, who's a fan too of these things??? Omg, I sooooooo love them.
At first I really liked the burgers of McDonalds, but I'm now addicted to the ones at my school. Omg. Sooooooo delicious, They have a big burger on it, tomatoe, pickle, some really great sauce (I gotta ask what it is).

So, tell me, what's your favorite burger, where and what's on it??

Hmmmm. Yeah, hamburgers are okay, as long as they aren't grossishly unhealthy (like fast food ones). I like mine with sauteed mushrooms and onions, swiss cheese, and sour cream.

I LOVE cheeseburgers!--especially those from McDonals. Mmm. (Oh, and I ESPECIALLY loved McDonalds after I saw Super Size Me in school one day. Oh, my gosh--the entire movie I was longing for McDonalds, and I ate so much when I got to it--so much that, ironically, it gave me heart burn

But yeah, cheeseburgers are great. I won't have lettuce, tomato--any kind of stuff like that, though. Just cheese, ketchup, and a little mustard--that's IT. Here's my list of favorites:
1. Fudruckers (even though I've only been there twice)
2. McDonalds
3. Medium-rare homemade burgers
4. Red Robin burgers
5. Wendy's burgers

I just HATE what are jokingly called "flavor crystals"--after a phrase coined by a friend of my dad's here--when the burgers are really dark on the outside. Nope, sorry. Don't like it, or need to lather on ketchup. That's why I disliked Burger King burgers for so long--but now they're okay.

Now, mabye you Australians can say something about it, but when my English teacher (who's been and taught all around the world) spent time in Australia, they went to a restaurant and got an "All American Burger." And lol, what was on that burger? Beets! LOL, beets! Since when are beets part of an all-American hamburger

The same, really. Except I don't like sour cream on burgers, too heavy. Mayo instead. The ones I like the best are the ones we make here at home, second would be from the Ground Round.

True, the burger shouldn't be too fat, that's gross, I totally agree. But some are good, especially if you make them yourself!

I enjoy burgers, but i don't eat them all that much anymore. In the past 2-3 months i've been watching EVERYTHING i eat, and have successfully lost 10 pounds!

Anyway, I always thought McDonalds burgers are too greasy... i don't enjoy being able to see the fat and grease oozing out of the burger at each bite. Many other restraunts are like that too. I do enjoy the taste of Burger King burgers, but like i said before, i don't eat burgers/fast food anymore, so it doesn't really matter.

Usually if i go anywhere, and there's an option of getting some sort of chicken sandwich, i will get that over a burger.

Some of you don't eat fast food anymore? lol. I love fast food (depending on the place)--in particular cheeseburgers (that's it, pretty much ). And guess what? I weigh less than people as much as two years younger than me. I'm low in weight for my age, although, then again, I don't eat much fast food, but I love having a McDonalds burger, something, maybe, from Taco Bell, Subway (which isn't really that fast), Wendeys.
Oh, yeah, this is about burgers, so that's why I'm keeping my focus on it, like in what I'm about to say: I love McDonalds cheeseburgers. Give me a Quarter Pounder with Cheese any day I'm really hungry!

Is that the Dairy Queen Grill place or whatever it's called, because if so, you're lucky. We only have the ice cream here. No food otherwise I would love to try their burgers, though, if they're really good.

Here's my dream cheeseburger:
2 thick pattys (medium-welll),
3 slices of cheese,
4 or 5 pieces of soft, floppy bacon,
Lots of Ranch Dressing,
and a thin bun.

Oh, I'm hungry now.

McDonald's?! Eugh! Burger King tops all. I loooooove their angus steak burger. Never have enough money for it, though. I'm a fan of Burger King's burgers, as well as a local place around here that serves phenomenal burgers. Just ketchup for me... I hate putting vegetables on them, they get all warm and soggy and ickish. >.<

My agreement stops at the ketchup statement, my friend I used to HATE Burger King; now I think it's okay.
It's alright. As I've gotten older I've grown more acccustomed to their burgers--well, improved slightly on maturing tastebuds--but I'm still not thrilled whenever that's the only place to go to.
McDonald's is muuuuuch better! McDonald's all the way! McDonald's is the true Burger King!

You people who eat burgers at fast food places make me siiiiiiiiiick. You know where it says "100% beef" on the labels? Well, it's true. The little bit that isn't filler is indeed 100% beef. Enjoy the rat droppings,

Okie, I'll stop,

I don't like ketchup on burgers. Mustard and/or mayo, onions, mushrooms, lettuce is good. No tomatoes. Tomatoes are of the devil.

Here here! I agree! Death to tomatoes--(in fast disclaimer voice) unless it is in the form of ketchup or sauce.
