Like, specifically collect that item.

I collect baseball caps. I get one everywhere I go, and for every one of my favorite sports teams. Well, sometimes several for each team, but hey, At last count I had 60 something of them.

I also collect fighter jet models. About 30 of them? Been awhile since I checked.

I can't even make a sale on Ebay they are going for so little.

Thimbles.

Everybody knows my rules about them too. Doesn't count if they're just from any old shop whilst just browsing. They 'must' be from somewhere special, a holiday, somewhere they've visited on a day trip... or for a special occasion/commemoration, that sort of thing.

I now have them from all over the planet.

Just one thing, though, does anyone know if there are any Star Trek ones available? I'm forty this year and that's the 'occasion' one that I'd like.
