ebay question

I didn't know where to put this but maybe someone can help me.

I made a bid on ebay a few days ago to win a cd. I won cause I was the higher bidder. I used paypal and it sort of went through when it came back saying something expanded credit card number. So til I get a bank statement next month, I won't get it? It says when receive bank statement, then paypal will charge $1.95. I don't understand.. Can someone help me understand. Could I still get the cd in the mail or what?

I don't exactly understand what you mean, but I don't think it went through and you won't get your CD until payment has been made, so until you get your bank statment you won't know for sure if it went through or not, however there's still a possibility that it did go through and you'll get your CD in a week or two, maybe less.

Something like that happened to me once. When I bought my first Metallica poster on ebay I got a little message about my paypal through email and I thought that it didn't go through, but I got the poster two days later and then when I got my statment it just showed that I had gone down to $700 (from $1200

) and that it was time to pay my bill.
