Greetings, fellow rpgers, some of you may or may not know me, I was once a very active user around these parts.
I would just like to give a shout out to all the old freinds who still reside here.
I would also like to ask, where has everyone gone? It seems rpg activity has greatly decreased on stv, which is very sadding. I had some very good times here.

It's slow because there's alot of exams going on right now, and it's close to Christmas. It should pick up in the New Year.

Hey dude.
Erm I think like you most of the 'older' rpgers who came on here are busy and since they were the life of the site yeah its dying down a bit.
I agree with Alucard there are exams and such at the minute, So it will hopefully pick up.
How are you anyway dude ?

Yeah, it should pick up after the new year, methinks. I'll be on a lot, though. But it died down for a while, and then started to pick up. Now, because of finals and Christmas, it's slowed.

I know I'm definitely one of the "older" RPG'ers (not to mention members ), but for some reason, junior year in high school has kept me sooooo much busier than any previous year. I'm trying to be more active, and yes, that includes RPG'ing.

Hmmm...DSG! DSG is the BEST RPG EVER, no doubt. It's phenominal. My RPG hasn't gotten that far yet, but promises to be good and does have a couple positions...Lord Borg's New Duty's good, as is Founder's Gaia...
As for you creating an RPG, I have some ideas for RPGs that I've thought of creating but was unable to do so, and would really like to work with you on an RPG, if your interested--whether it be one of my ideas or not.

I think we were just joking when we were saying that.
Even though the RPG area has died down, there is still a lot of RPGs to choose from.
If you want to make your own....there are billions of ideas.

I know... I was making conversation... (or was I?)
Anyways, I'm pretty confident in making rpgs but frankly I just don't think theres enough users to fill the rpgs we already have, and as it seems only the Pathfinder seems to be getting all the attention. (In this forum that is).
Is this the end of startrek roleplaying? Do you think the interest is just declining?

Only the Pathfinder? I dont that is really true.
Lord Borg, Valathous, Exalya, and Republican_Man all made pretty interesting RPGs. You should take a look into those.
As for why it has declined? I think that is more due to the member count on STV. Not as many people have been joining. Not to mention, that the site crashed twice within one month. That hurt the site a lot. Several people didn't find out the site came back.
