Lt.Groer:"Yes sir... scan completed, and they can easily withstand those attacks when they remodulate their shields."

The Admiral quickly walks to the Holo meeting room.

-Holo Meeting Room-
Admiral Martin:"Computer send out a hail to their lead ship"

Computer:"Ship Karesh hailed"

Admiral Martin:"Captain of the lead vessel. This is Admiral Martin of the EE. And do not think we think you can't do this alone, we only think this is the way to have minimum deceased. Modulate your shields to the frequency i'm sending, it will absorb the power of the blast. Accept this as a gift of your mildness against us. Martin out."

The Admiral tapped some buttons and the frequency whas sended.

Fatral got the twop messages one after the other, the pressure was gaining. 3 ships had already flown into the dreadnaught and it had caused little damage.

=^= Launch all fighters! send them all to deal with the Dreadnaught, all capital ships head to Terrok Nor and focus your fire on grid 486-354! =^=

Jem'Hader "Sir we have been ordered to launch all fighters"

Duran looked at the young Cardassian he had been speaking to before, He was what he was fighting for, The future of Cardassia. He realised even if he died at this battle the future would live on.

Duran "Launch all fighters"

The Cardassian that Duran has sent to look up the ships that Gastrab definatly had came up to him.

Cardassian "Sir that is not one our our Dreadnaughts, All of ours are accounted for"

Duran sighed, They must have a shipyard somewhere.

Duran "Very well"

*The ship shudders*

Duran "Status ?"

He says as the ship rocks.

Jem'Hader "Shields are at 68%, Weapons are fully functional.... Long range communications are down. Sensors are fully functional"

Duran "Excellent, Fire all weapons.... Status on the fighters ?"

Jem'Hader "Sir our fighters are having minor damage, We have lost the Galor T'lok"

Fatrals ship began the fireing on Terrok Nor, then several other ships joined in. Even combined, getting through a small section of the shields was proving a mighty task and while they were performing this task more and more cardassians were being killed!

Gastrabs Office

Gastrab was still standing at his porthole, stareing at ship after ship being destroyed

Gastrab: Fools! he siad to himself They will al die a traitors death!

A ring of the door was heard

Gastrab: Come!

5 Jem hadar soldiers walk in with their weapons poised.

Gastrab: What is the meaning of this?

2nd: We Jem hadar fight for Cardassia!

with saying that the 5 Jem Hadar shot Gastrab repetivly. They then left the room. Gastrab was still alive, clutching his arm... slowly slipping away... the end of the Dominion... had begun!

Admiral Martin:Like it or not, we must have minimal death. Lt. Charge long range Omega Ion Cannon.
Lt.Groer:Charging................................. Ion cannon ready.
Admiral Martin:Fire on the base it's power systems!

With a great attack a Ion cannon submerged out of nothing within the grid. The power systems of the base we're down, only emergency power what whas not enough for the grid, so the grid whas down.[u]

Duran was growing unhappier, The battle was going poorly. He barked orders and shouted at Jem'Hader to make himself feel more in control.

Duran "Computer display ship status"

"Port impulse engine damaged, Cargo bay 2 damaged and Phaser array 8 damaged" Came the swift if not annoying reply.



Duran was close to bursting point, He barked at the computer "Display battle on LCARS display"

ISS Hickory:

Out of the badlands, a Tachyon storm came.
It quickly formed...
into a saucer!

Closely resembling a Galaxy Class Saucer, the Maquis Vessel ISS Hickory blew into bieng.

"We made it!" Laurent exclaimed, rather happily.
Yuko(Chief medical) looked at him funny.
Yuko: "Captain... we aren't where we're supposed to be."

That was obvious. There were cardassians, and federationists... although thankfully no imperials.

Leo(First Officer) Stared at the viewscreen.
Leo: "Federationists? What happened? We were supposed to be in a wormhole!"
Laurent: "Yeah... no kidding."

The ISS Hickory, bieng classified as an Imperial Maquis Vessel, decided to pick sides AFTER the cursed cardassians died.
Disrupters(This ship isn't equipped with phasers.) blasting, it charged at the nearest cardassian ship, quite eager to show these little mongrels what a Saucer was REALLY made of.

2nd: Sir, incomeing transmission

jem hadar on Terrok Nor: Sir, we have seized all systems and nearly all decks, the Dominion are putting up a hell of a fight on decks 5,6,7 and 8!

Fatral: Your doing as ordered, lower shields on section 43 alpha, i will send some more Jem Hadar over to help!

With saying that, Fatral sent over another 58 soldiers which contributed to help to kill the remaining dominion...

Back in space it wasn't going as planned at all. The dreadnaught was still active and destroying ship after ship, fighter after fighter.

Duran was extremely impressed when a Cardassian officer told him of Terrok Nor now under Cardassian control, He immiadiatly felt a knew wave of energy surge through him and now he wanted to fight.

Duran "Are long range communications back online ?"

*The ship shudders*

Jem'Hader "Yes"

Duran taps several buttons and sends a message out to Cardassia.

Fatrals ship Karesh was manouvering around the Dreadnaught masterfully until it accidentally got caught in the engine wash which disabled its propusion. With the Karesh disable and the dreadnaught seeing this, it turned on it and fired.

The shot barely touched the large Keldon class as the dreadnaught it self had begun to have a mutiny.

The Keldon though drifted through the battle field still raging, he would have to be sneaky to take out the dreadnaught... He had a plan

24 Keldon class ships joined together in a close formation and went into ramming speed, the dominion dreadnaught saw this happening so all reserve power was raised to the starboard shields. At the same time all the rest of the 211 fighters and 56 ships attacked the port side causing a entire grid to crash, then once the shields were down... it was completely destroyed!

Duran sat watching the battle, He decided that the battle was nearly over so he turned to look at his helm officer and spoke.

"Send a message to Fatral, Tell him we are withdrawing. Take us out of here. Erm 12 lightyears warp 2"

Fatral recieved the message and didnt pay much attention.

Over a third of his force had left with Duran but he didnt care, he had captured Terrok Nor and nearly completely eliminated the Dominion threat from this quadrant, all he had to do was to take over the shipyards but a lightyear away and destroy a scattered fleet across the sector.

He was sure the dominion would rally and fight one last time with their full might... but he wasnt sure who they would show their might to. They still had resources and shipyards and jem hadar facilities... tey could do a lot of damage, but no to Cardassia... as when the klingons and federation faced the dominion they lost over a quater of their entire fleet, meaning that at last, The cardassians were the most powerful force in the alpha quadrant, soon he hoped he could prove it. But not this day, too many had died... too many had suffered and yet he smirked and it grew into a smile, which is something that he had never done before.

Fatral: =^= All ships, secure the surrounding area... 5 lightyears. All planets, all stations, all ships, everything! =^=

ISS Hickory:

Computer Voice: "There is a Dominion Dreadnought in the area."
Laurent: "Should we fire on it, or not?"
Computer Voice: "Analysis shows Dominion vessels firing on the Dominion Dreadnought. Also, Tactical Analysis notes that our saucer isn't much of a powerful weapon against the dreadnought. Command subroutines recommend firing at the Dominion VESSELS, not DREADNOUGHT."
Laurent: "What do you think, Leo, Doc?"
Yuko: "Do it."
Leo: >Pacifist crap inserted here, ignored by the captain completely, and entirely.<
Laurent: "Good. Computer, Attack pattern 3 Alpha, Target Dominion Vessel Alpha."
Leo: >Random complaint about fighting other people's fights inserted here, once again, ignored by the captain completely, and entirely.<

The ISS Hickory charged at the dominion vessels.
Disrupters blasting, and thrusters at full speed ahead.

Computer:"Sensors detecting unkown vessel in Cardassian area. Vessel is identified as Galaxy saucer."

Admiral Martin:They are getting more stupid every move, now they are even sparing ships. Let's see some destruction instead of a ship, you agree people!

A whole scream of cheers whas heared trough out the bridge, a ensign that appeared on the bridge by a turbolift, asked the medical officer for inspection of madness...

The Ops officer swung around and began speaking.

Ops "Sir unkown vessel closing on Fatrals fleet.... Its opened fire"

Duran was only mildly interested, He was writing a speech for the Cardassian people. He merely said "Tactical analysis"

The reply was swift but alarming.

Tactical "Sir, We cannot get an exact reading. However they have just destroyed a Keldon"

Duran looked up.

Duran "A Keldon ? How easily ?"

The Tactical officer looked at his pannel then back to Duran.

Tactical "Sir, We estimate at 4 torpedos"

Duran "Send in attack wings a and b"

Admiral Martin: Luitenant, send out an request to Duran for joining battle.
Lt.Groer:But i thought...
Admiral Martin: Just ask, then we can join some war.

Fatral watched in awe as his neighbouring Keldon was destroyed.

=^= Terrok Nor... OPen Fire! =^=

All the phaser banks and torpedo tubes opened fire on the saucer. It was taking a beating.

Meanwhile several more ships were closing in on its position... it couldn't escape now, unless it were to kill itself...

Fatral now stared at the ship... "what will the captain do now" he thought to himself...

Laurent was not amused.
Fight.
Or flight.
hmmm...
"Leo... are those transtemporal engines still going?"
Leo: "You WANT to go back to the imperial universe?"
"Do we have much choice?"
Yuko: "Point in case. We're surrounded."

The ISS Hickory crosses between universes to it's "home" universe, warps 13 lightyears towards "Federation" territory, then pops back into this space.

Durans vessel watched the flight of the ISS Hickory, He was mildly impressed.

Duran "Ops, Signal Fatral and tell him to secure the sector, We shall head back to Cardassia and send him reinforcements"

Duran tapped several commands into his control panel as the helm officer jumped to warp.

Fatral starts to once again deploy his fleet thorughout the sector.

Duran was still trying to make peace with the Federation...Klingons and Romulans, but he believed it would never be achieved. Just as he was thinking those exact words a console next to him began to beep.

4th: Sir, a fleet of Federation ships is heading this way... wait a minitue, theres also a fleet of klingons comeing from the adjacent angle!

Fatral: Message Lord Duran, ask him how he wants us to proceed!

Admiral Martin:Has the message already reached him?
Lt.Groer:No sir, he has been busy with... other things.
Admiral Martin:Open a channel to the Starfighter.

Admiral Martin:Lief! Take the Gamma and Alpha team with you just infront of the Cardassian territory but do not enter it... unless not yet.
Captain Lief:How do you mean sir?
Admiral Martin:From there you contact Duran or any other officer that controls access to the territory.
Captain Lief:Roger sir, I won't dissapoint you. Lief out.

-EE Starfighter, Bridge-
Captain Lief:Let the Alpha and Gamma team follow us just INFRONT of the cardassian border, let them specificly know about the INFRONT part.
Commander Cray:Yes sir!

After 6 hours of travel in maximum warp, they reach the border of the Cardassian territory and go stand there INFRONT of it.

Captain Lief:Record a message to a Duran.
Commander Cray:Recording.
Captain Lief:Mighty Duran, we are here in order of Admiral Martin. With the ships we have here we want to assist you in the battle against the large fleets you are withstanding. Do not think this is a threat, this is just a offer for the acceptance of building our base and leaving us alone. Stop Recording.
Commander Cray:Recording stopped and sended, now only have to wait for an answer... if he answers

Duran had just recieved Fatrals message, He knew what Fatral wanted but Duran new better.
He moved to a console and checked his data, The combined Federation fleet and the Klingon fleet could win if it came to a battle, He would not loose Terrok Nor again, Not after it had taken his people this long to regain it.

Duran "Start recording"

The Ops officer tapped a button and the recording began.

Duran "=^=Fatral, Secure Terrok Nor and allow the Federation to approach you, Send them a message enquiring why they were heading into Cardassian Territory. Should they either not reply and or open fire you have my permission to open fire.=^= End recording"

The Ops officer tapped a few button and sent the message.

A little while later a message came from the Earth Empire, He had little time for this band of rebels but he listened.

After the message had finished he checked a pannel and saw they were placed extremely closed to his space. He immiediatly sent a reply.

Duran "=^= Captain.... Lief I believe your called, Inform Martin that you are free to exist in your sector of space. However, Should Cardassia decide that you may be an enemy of the state you are subject to search=^="

He tapped buttons and sent the message, He then sent a message to Cardassia to the Cardassian people.

Duran "=^= Brothers, Sisters, Fathers and Mothers. Today is a great day for Cardassia.... (He paused for effect) We have once again resumed control of Terrok Nor, We shall return it to its former glory and make it one of our strongest outposts.... (Again he paused for effect) The days are long gone when we said we would destroy the Bajorans, No today we will resume our control of Bajor but not as Tyrants but as their allies. We will create employment, Deal with poverty and help the poor war orphans. Today we rectify the mistakes of our past and fix Bajor=^="

He send the message and thought it wasn't a bad little speech, He then ordered his helmsman to head for Terrok Nor and Bajor.

Captain Lief:"What the...i guess he didn't actually understanded us. Send second message.

Duran recieved the message and understood that he had misunderstood what they had said,

He tapped a button on his command panel and spoke

He tapped more buttons and sent the message.
