I used to watch it. But nowadays, it is too depressing for me. I have enough depression in my own life right now, without watching it on TV.

I prefer Emmerdale, it's more light-hearted and has the right balance of serious drama and humour.

The Mitchell Brothers are returning next week, so I'll tune in, but the programme is too depressing to tune into on a regular basis.

no...just...no eastenders is utter rubbish and no amount of resurrecting old characters is gonna help it!

and thats normally a sign of a bad soap when they bring characters back that have been dead!
