This is a name of Defiant class ships This topic is for mainly, discussing the defiant class as a whole, not just indivsual ships. Some comparisisms may happen with other classes, but the topic should stick to defiant classes.
USS Defiant NX-74205
USS S�o Paulo, renamed USS Defiant NCC-75633
USS Valiant NCC-74210
I truly like this class. It shows that the starship don't have to be huge, in order to be a good ship.

The Defiant Class is very manouverable and powerfull. I have only seen the Class in First Contact, but what i have seen, has really drawn my attention to this ship.

The ship is featured pre domitinly in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. I belive starting season four.

Starting season 3. We see the defiant in season 3-7 and we see the Valian in one episode in season 6 and the Sao Paulo is in season 7 after the defiant is destroyed.
I quite like the defiant class. It is a very interesting design, its so simple and complex at the same time.

In VOY: Message in a Bottle, we saw two Defiant-class starships along with an Akira-class engage 3 Romulan Warbirds and the Prometheus-class prototype. Unfortunately, we never got to see what their names were. Another Defiant-class starship also appeared in VOY: Endgame, but again, was too far to get a name for it.
