Spock was engaged (TOS: Amok Time) and was supposed to take her at that time because he was going through Pon Farr, but T'Pring issued the challenge (the equivalent of a divorce, choosing the Captain as her champion). He also went through the disorder in ST3: TSFS, but Lt. Saavik was there to assist him. As for being married, unless the divorce was supposed to break off a marraige and not an engagement, the answer is no.

According to a TNG ep, he may have been. We know that Sarek and Amanda were in a monogamous relationship, but we have a reference to "the wedding of the son of Sarek", and by that time, the other son was dead. Who knows. (Sybok?)

On the Star Trek website it says something about "once married". Presumably that would refer to T'Pring... I believe Spock called it "less than a marriage, more than a betrothal."

I do believe he was married to T'Pring. She got tired of him not being home at all and just being married to him by right... That's what the challenge was for in that TOS series.

Spock is generally considered to have married at some point, because Captain Jean-Luc Picard once observed that he had met Sarek at "his son's wedding". Seeing as Sybok died before Picard was even born, it is safe to assume that he was referring to Spock's marriage.

I read somewhere that there was some speculation that he actually married Savvik after the Genesis planet incident (which was why she stayed on Vulcan in Star Trek IV) and that there was supposed to be some reference to it when Picard visited Spock on Romulus, but I don't know that there's actually ever been an official word on that.

After the original onset of the Pon-Farr, Vulcan males must mate once every seven years or die.
Given Spock's age in TNG, it is reasonable to assume that seven years after the events of "Amok Time" he went through another Pon-Farr and took another mate. He likely has children.
Presumably, at some more advanced age, the Vulcan equivalent of "male menopause" probably sets in, and further Pon-Farrs are no longer experienced.
All this just reasonable guessing.
