~Deep Space Guardian, Hallway~

11 men, led by a 12th walked up to the Stations security team. They were in full battle gear, there was a hint of Hazzard in thier gear and formation. There was twelve in total. The lead man spoke.

"Commander Blake Robitalle? I am Lieutenant Commander Michael Reed, Oath's Security chief"

Reed held out a hand.

~Deep Space Guardian, Hallway~

Blake extended his arm and shook the man's hand firmly. There were 12 of them in total on the Oath's team. Blake wondered how much action they'd actually seen, being the security of a hospital ship but now wasn't the time to doubt them.

"Welcome. I have no idea what's going on down there other than the weapons fire your Commander informed me about," Blake said, "Go in there like you're expecting the worst because anything other than the worse and you end up better than you originally thought. Lets go."

Blake stepped onto the turbolift with one of his teams. They would unfortunately have to come down a team at a time. The tubrolift simply wasn't big enough. The turbolift went down with Blake and his first team. They all had their phaser rifles ready. The turbolift stopped and the doors opened. Blake stepped out quickly and pointed his weapon out but no one was by the turbolift. The rest of the team unloaded and the turbolift went up, collected team two then team three.

Once all the teams were assembled, Blake led them through the halls. The eventually reached the battle scene. Civilians lay all over the floor. Blake's rifle was pointed at the first being he saw standing.

"Down! All of you! And drop your weapons!" He yelled at them. Judging from what he could see, the Marines had opened fire on the civilians and were now dragging their limp forms away....

~DSG, Marine deck~

Archer sighed, and slumped down at the sight of Blake. It was a sight for sore eyes. Archer complied, just incase there was trouble from the marines.

~DSG, Hallway~

The Oath team went in last. When the team arrived on the marine deck, the ran to the station officers position, weapons at ready, for any trouble.

Harfin sighed, it was enough to have to deal with Archer, now with the stationed security.

"Ill Comply, you have me and my men at a slight disadvantage." Harfin said when he motioned to his men to let me civilians lie where they were.

"These people where an unrully mob, one, had a detonator to a bomb on the promonade, the others were armed, Once the Threat of the bomb was nutrilized, The others opened fire, we hade to protect ourselves, they should wake up in about 40 minutes or so." Harfin said, explianing what was going on.

Archer stood.

"Unruly? ha!, not untill you arrived."

Archer steped over to Blake.

"The Civilians, were wrong, but they claim that there is some prisoner in the Marine brig. What ever it is, clearly, us knowing about it is something they didn't want."

archer stole a glance at harfin. He looked back and continued.

"They said that my presence could get me a court Martial, that alone shows they have something to hide. They also fired first. They are quite lucky the man didnt blow up the promenade."

"Hes the REASON i opened fire, to PROTECT the promende, If you remember, hes the one i nuetrilized frist, and dismantled the detonator?" Harfin said in reponse.

"And i have orders, so does Ian, that the marine deck is off limits to ALL Starfleet naval personell expect for Ian." Harfin counterd as well.

~Deep Space Guardian, Marine Deck~

Blake rolled his eyes at the two and sighed. Obviously there were two sides to the story and it would take hours of interogations to get to the truth of either one. Blake decided to take bits and pieces from each based on what fact where agreed upon by both parties. One thing irked Blake though, Dicot claiming Robitaille couldn't be on this deck.

"So I'm not allowed on this deck, eh Dicot?" Blake asked rhetorically then walked up to a stunned civilian and lifted the limp form up off the ground. "Here's my clearance," he said as he handed the stunned being to Colonol Dicot. "The moment there are shots fired on the station I don't care if it's here, out the halls or your own personal quarters, I'll be there because it's my job. You Marines are in a Starfleet station and if security needs to come on this deck then we damn well will. If you try to tell me otherwise you may find your lease on this deck to run out."

Blake looked at the ground, there were many civilians laying around. More than likely others were contained. Blake would collect them in a moment.

"While Archer is right that it was more than likely stupid to do what you did in neutralizing the civilian with the remote, I commend your effort and your accomplishment. You may have saved many lives," Blake looked over at Archer and then returned his gaze to Dicot, "Now, what of those so-called prisoners these civilians were after that Captain Archer is telling me about?"

~DSG, Marine Deck~

Reed watched the whole thing going between Blake and Harfin. Reed did not think to much of these marines who's answer was to shoot first and ask questions later. He noticed a nearby marine glaring at him. Reed looked over, and spoke in his thick british accent.

"Eye ball me again and you will lose the use of your eyes."

Reed steped over closer to Blake wanting to hear the Marines anser, the one Blake was speaking to that is. He Took the moment to peer in the door where the Civilians were laying. They had small civlian weapons near them, or rather, would have been at one point, the marines had removed them. Reed shook his head in disgust. While the civilians were in the wrong, he would have found another way to resolve this. These people were afraid of what ever was behind that door, and after the Nautolian/Cardassian attack on the station, Reed couldn't blame them. Reed turned his attention back to Harfin.

Kyle Katran and Thomas Kenobi, both Commanders in Starfleet, entered the assembly room at Starfleet Headquarters. Approximately 80 Starfleet officers were in the room, and more kept coming.
There was a meeting about to occur, once the 150 officers arrived and took their seats.
Kyle and Thomas took their seats in the middle section of the room's seats, waiting for the meeting to begin.

"Blake, you were made aware of those orders way back when tidus frist took this posting." Hafrin said with a luagh and then moved onto the prisoner topic.

"Two of Fito's people, who we captured when they boarded the station." Harfin said as he walked down the a door, "You i know, you i semi trust, you i will allow to see them, its sad, so many of the people i was starting to trust....Ryan, Ziona, Shoran, all are gone, I can trust you, cant i Blake?" He said as he hit a button and called out a security clerance.
"Not to many marines can come in here either, Tell your men to wait out here, Archer, you wait out here two." Harfin said, his guard droped just little then it was before, b/c he could almost trust blake.

~DSG Marine deck~

Reed steped foward.

"The only person who can tell me to stop is captain Archer"

Archer steped foward next.

"And I'm not going to, now open the doors."

Archer knew that they could protest all they wanted. No one outranked him, not even blake, rank wise anyways. Ian wasnt here to make any decisions. Archer was dispatched to see what was going on, and he will finish the job, no matter what it takes.

Two of the Oath security were looking at the old man who had the remote. His Jaw was broken from the force of the fall. Probably caused the the power of the Marine weapons.

-DSG, Marince HQ-

A marine stood forward and aimed his phaser at Reed and Archer.

"Don't take another step," He said, "Or I'll fire on you. Respect protocal!"

One of the Oath's officers stepped forward and raised his phaser.

"I should say the same to you..." He said.

The room became very tense. No one moved and stared at each other. It was almost like marine vs. starfleet all over again. A voice from the back of the room called out.

"This seems eearily familiar." He said.

Everyone turned to the figure at the door. Captain Ian Xavier strode into the room, followed by a curious Clarence.

"What seems to be the problem?" Ian asked.

A sense of confidence raditated from him. He was not the same man who entered the holodeck. Not the broken coward who fled, but a responsible Starfleet Captain of the Federation space station, Deep Space Guardian.

-Drakos One station, Conference room-

Oyet did not like the Breen whatsoever. Once they had joined the Dominion, the Cardassians were throw aside for the new allies.

"No," He said, "They are weak from the war, paranoid after what happened with the Dominion, and untrustworthy. Haven't you all heard the Romulan phrase "Never turn your back on a Breen?""

"Captian, I will not allow you, or any starfleet officer, i do not know, into this room." Harfin said to Archer. He may be a SF captian, But Harfin was the equivalent of that, and had complete autority on his section

Ian noticed that the situation was tense and needed immediate diffusing. He took a step forward in between the Starfleet and Marine officers.

"Enough," He ordered, "I don't know if you know Colonel, but Tidus and I had an understanding. He understood that this is my station."

Ian stood in front of the Pendari. Even though the alien was large and nearly 8 feet tall, Ian's authority gave him 10 feet of height in a methaphorical sense.

"I will always respect that anyone below the rank of Captain can not enter the room," He said, "Even if you do not trust them, but I've known Archer my entire life. I would lay down mine for his. Same for Robitaille and even you Dicot. Because you're all my crew. You will let us all in...now."

Crewman Rav was confused. He was at a loss of what to do. He had no idea where his commbadge was, so no-one could communicate with him unless they ran into him.

The Ferengi was currently on the promenade, but decided to try and get some use done for the station. Rav decided to take the long, annoying travel to the Marine HQ.

The Ferengi soon arrived at the door there. He was a little hesitant though. He didn't want to walk in on something important. He wanted to keep his business going, when the station was repaired at least.

After working up the courage, Rav entered to see officers having a meeting of sorts. Rav snapped to attention, waiting for someone to notice his entrance.

Surak glared in his direction. "Then who, praytell, do you suggest we add to the Nautolian Alliances?"
Obsidian, too, was curious. They needed to start forming these alliances immediately, and the true war had to get underway.

Alan walked back out of the holding area after finishing the cleaning up of the knocked out civilians, he saw several personel holding weopens at the ready.

Alan truned to several marines besides him, they all looked at each other, then readied their weopens and walked over to the gathering of starfleet and marines.

Harfin had not noticed Ian at first.
"Ian, I was saying before, your station,. your always welcome on these decks, but he is not commander of this station." Harfin said explianing him self to Ian.
"If you trust Archer, Ian, then i will too." Harfin said while eyeing Archer. Then he turned his attention to the other Marines. "Stand down." The marines hesitated.
"NOW" Harfin said and then they complied.

"Now if you will have your security officers please wait, the four of us will enter."

The confused Alan lowered his weopen and disabled it. He wasn't exactly sure why he loaded it in the first place. But he would stick around in any case...

Reed reached foward and took a phaser from Harfin's belt.

"If you don't mind... In fact, I dont care if you dont, but you'll have to rely on Commander Robitalle and I's aim."

Reed nodded at a nearby officer, and he steped foward and took the other weapons Harfin had. THe other Oath security followed suit and took the other marines. One officer, was reciving a hard time from a Marine.

"Now stand over there."

The marine didnt comply he stood there looking at the officer.

"When I say Stand over there..."

The Security pushed the marine to where he was ordered to move.

"..It means stand over there."

The marine weapons were placed into a pile on the other side of the room, with the marines being seperated from their weapons, things will go easier on the investigation. The Oath officers then stood between the Marines, and the weapons. Reed looked to Harfin.

"Well? How about we go in?"

Archer didnt say anything outloud.

Now I know why I kept him all of these years

Harfin was about to flip, but remained calm.

"Your men will not enter" harfin said to Archer with gritted teeth, a dozen security officers, with phasers, lunch, harfin thought

Archer looked to Harfin before Ian could respond.

"Reed and I are going in there, you don't have a choice. Open that door."

Ian shook his head at Archer.

"Captain," He said, "Just as Dicot respects my wishes I will respect his. All of us are part of Starfleet. Marines are usually not placed within a Starfleet installation for too long. Theses marines are permanent and so is his rank. For now, it will only be the four of us. No more."

He motioned for Robitaille, Archer, and Dicot to walk forward. His eyes looked over towards Clarence in the back of the room. The hologram was still trying to take everything in. The Ferengi, Rav, had entered a little while ago. It was almost ironic, the Ferengi owned the bar where Clarence was "from".

Reed looked at archer, that gave him his phaser rifle. Archer took it, knowing that he would just end up arguing wth Reed untill he did anways.

"What ever you want Ian."

archer said.

Blake stood off to the side observing what was going on. He was somewhat amused by Reed's and Archer's protests to Harfin, showing him no respect. There was a lot of tension in the room. Blake motioned to his men that it was quite alright for them to stay put outside in the hall.

Blake turned to the entrance and made his way inside with Captain Xavier, Colonol Dicot and Captain Archer.
