Works for me. So far we've just been randomly stickying topics that may be popular, but let us know which one.
BTW, I'll be gone until probably next Thursday sometime, so Kevin can take care of it. (Unless you have a topic ready to go in the next 20 min).

I believe it is in Denver now, after this past election. At least an ounce of it.

The real issue with leagalized marijuana is taxation. Alcohol is taxed, at all levels from federal to local. And even though Americans have the right to make a certain amount of alcohol per year, very few people bother to do so, and therefore the government (at all levels) profits from it.
Marijuana is different. Any two-toed idiot can and will poke a seed in the ground and have his own plant. So there's no real way to tax it.
Right now the government uses two things to justify their continuing support of the liquor industry, in spite of all the problems created by alcohol:
1) "We tried prohibition. It didn't work."
They prohibited marijuana. Compared to booze, it worked.
2) "Look at all the good things we can do with the revenue."
How can they tax it if all you have to do is poke a seed in the ground and wait?
