~Deep Space Guardian, Captain's Officer~

T'Sa looked over to her Chief Medical Officer. She was from Bajor, and had lived thoug one Occupation, now, she will have to bear another occupaiton.

"I'm sorry Doctor."

The people of Bajor were on her mind to. What they could be going though was unimagineable

Lt. Commander Van den Haus:

Ensign: "Son of a!!!"
Loren: "It worked!"
Ensign: "NOW will you go to sickbay to get that hand fixed?'
Loren: "Alright... I suppose plasma burns are worthy of a trip to sickbay.

Loren walks to the turbolift and passes out.
Computer: Level please?

Aylin swallowed, nodding solemnly. "Thank you, ma'am." Her voice had gone hoarse despite her best efforts to keep it level. Many of her friends and family still lived on Bajor, including the people who had raised her, and all the mentors she kept contact with through her medical training. Their faces flashed through her mind, images of the occupation that she didn't care to think of. It could all happen again.

"Starfleet will get them back. I know of this"

"If we're not taken first," Aylin murmured, shaking herself of the thoughts. "I'll be fine. When do we leave next? I'll need to gather my staff in sickbay and finish accounting for a few things."

His job was given to him two months ago, and he had to prepare. Mace Koon, a human from the Federation colony of Haruun Kal, which was separated from the Federation for two hundred years, had applied to become an Ambassador for the Federation three years ago, five years after the link between the Federation and Haruun Kal was restored. He immediately was accepted, due to his people's history. The Haruun Kal humans were quite different from those found on Earth, as they had been separated from it for so long.
The Haruun Kal people, like Mace, wore a robe that could be compared to that of the robes of a Nautolian, but were quite different. They were in no way rooted from Nautolian culture, but of Haruun Kal culture. A Buddhist-like culture that believed in many of the similar tenets of the ancient Buddhist religion, albeit different. It was the custom of Haruun Kals to wear such robes at all times.

While calmed at all times and focussed and well-thought, Koon did have a pleasant side to him. He was friendly, despite his great focus on his tasks at hand. Now, his task was just this: to be the Federation ambassador on board the Defiant in their exploration of the Beta Quadrant.
Mace Koon entered the Bridge, looking around for Captain T'Sa, whom, in all the commotion, he had yet to meet.

Ignore the lightsaber.

Lieutenant Justin Card was mad.
His junior officer wouldn't leave him alone.
'Why can't he just figure it out on his own? Or is he one of the mindless drones Starfleet is trying to make?' Justin thought to himself.
"So sir, at 1800 hours, who is going to be tak-" The Ensign started.
"Kid, just shut up ok? I don't wanna mess with this right now, I'll take care of it when I have a free minute alright? Just leave me alone." Justin said with a sinister grin.
The Ensign looked nervous. 'Good, if they're afraid, I'll have more authority' Justin thought to himself.
"Yessir." The Ensign said and strolled off.
Justin smiled, and went off to his quarters. When he got there, he dropped off his bags, and decided to change into his uniform.
After changing, Justin headed to the bridge.
When he got there, he noticed that it was empty well almost, and he decided that was good.
"Computer, play 'Card's mix one' on a shuffle."
The Computer chirped "Acknowledged."
The Music started, playing the first song, an old old classic metal song. 'Call To Arms' by Manowar.

Justin jumped into the Captain's chair and relaxed.

He then turned to the other officer on the bridge.
"Oh hello, Chief Helmsman Justin Card, you are?" Justin said with a friendly face on.

Daro had finished looking over some paperwork and headed for the Bridge, when the doors opened his ears were assulted by music playing on the Bridge.

"Lieutenant!?" Daro Yelled out as he approched the LT. , this was the bridge of a starship, not his quarters, he tought.

Justin grinned. "Yes sir?" He asked in that tone that made everyone angry.
'Well this is gonna be an interesting crew, with everyone being totally different than me.' Justin thought to himself.

"Just where do you think you are!? this is not your quarters, this is the bridge, not some where you can just sit around and listen to your music." Daro said in a very angry tone.

"Ok, Ok," Justin said. He was angry again. "Computer, shut off the music please."
The computer did as it was told, as always.
"So I'm guessing you don't like classic heavy metal." Justin said, turning to the new comer with a grin.

"Lt. your music preferance is your own, mine is classic bolian music, i hold no offense to any other kind of music, but it is still unacceptable on the bridge, i bet you didnt even hear the doors open, did you? what if i were a spy and wanted to sabatoge something on the bridge? i could have easily knocked you out and done what i wished." Daro said with a firm tone. This Lt. was fisty, and Daro would straighten him out. "If you do anything to damage this ships security, youll answer to me." Daro said while going to the Tacitcul station to check on certian systems.

Mace turned to Daro. "Commander?" He walked over to him. "Mace Koon, Special Ambassador assigned to the Defiant by Starfleet." He half-bowed and then looked at the man. "Do you know where the Captain is located?"

Justin could only laugh.
"A spy? well you don't look like one, and don't worry, the ship shall remain safe. It isn't my plan to destroy it. I need something to fly." The lieutenant said.
Justin was still in the chair, legs sticking out to one side, almost lying down in it.

"Please, please, calm down," Mace said. "Again, I ask you, Commander. I am Mace Koon, Special Ambassador assigned to the Defiant by the Federation." He half-bowed and then looked up at the man. "Do you know where the Captain is located?"

Justin decided that the Ambassador was right, they needed to calm down, the last thing they needed was a fight today.
Justin turned to Mace and said calmly "I have no idea, I don't think she's on the ship though."

Koon smiled friendly at the helmsman. "I didn't ask you, Lieutenent, but thank you for your input." He turned back to Daro. "Do you know, Commander?"

~Deep Space Guardian, Captain's Office~

T'Sa nodded at the doctor.

"Do what you need to do to prepare doctor. Make sure the station's medical staff are getting things done in the manner that is needed. After that, report to Defiant. Make sure we are resupplied. Dismised."

~Space, near Deep Space Guardian~

A ship, one that looked cargo in design, approched the station. As it continued on it's course, the ship was intercepted by the Enterprise

~Unknown Ship, Bridge~

The bridge was small and cramped, but efficiant. The stations were placed at intervals for easy view of the commanding officer. A voice spoke.

"We're being hailed by the Federation Vessle."

The man in the center chair looked over at the one that just spoke and nodded. The Image of Captain Picard appeared on the screen. Picard spoke.

"This is Captain Picard of the U.S.S. Enterprise. You are approching a restricted area, explain your precence."

The man in the center chair gave a friendly smile. He responed to Picard with a warm sounding voice.

"Forgive me captain Picard, Our government must have not alearted you of our approach. We have some emergancy supplies for the station. Mostlly medical."

Picard looked at the man in a puzzling manner.

"where are you from?"

The man in the chair chuckled and shook his head.

"I ask again that you forgive me, I should have mentioned it before. We are from the nearby Deb'lar System."

Picard nodded, as if recognizing the name.

"what did you say you were carrying?"

The man replied to Picard.

"Emergancy supplies, Mostly medical. There is some rations and such to for Civlians unable to use the station's damaged facilities."

Picard asked another question.

"I did not catch your name Mr....?"

The man chuckled again.

"I seem to be forgetting alot of things today Captain. I am Captain Garth, of the Saege"

Picard looked ove the screen for a moment. He then looked back.

"Very well, you may be on your way. Enterprise out."

The screen went blank. Garth looked to the helm.

"Continue to the station."

In The Science Lab played Music Recorded by Voyagers EMH, and with Lt Marvin Haliwell with his head to the console sleeping the day away, but no ones noticed as he was the only officer in the science labs.

Aylin nodded curtly to each of the Captains and made her way down to sickbay. She leaned back against the turbolift, lights humming under her skin. Thoughts of Bajor and Doctor Shoran were plaguing her no end--she never really liked Bajoran customs, never quite fit in, but she did love her people. And Doctor Shoran going missing while the danger was on...unthinkable. She barely registered reaching the infirmary, shielding her hearing from the incessant coughing and moaning. She gathered up the few supplies she had, and hoped that Aia wouldn't come back soon enough to realize that some of her algae and poison cultures were missing. She only brought along the two sole nurses she had at her disposal, Tanya and Torvid, who came along quietly. Without incident, she said a private, half-hearted prayer to the Prophets and returned to the Defiant.
