I played the demo, that didn't impress me that much. Too fast paced and in your face for me. (I'd prefer sniping) But the first CoD was amazing.

I plan on getting it. I have the first CoD and it's expansion pack, so awesome! I simply don't have much money right now, especially after I spent a good 50 bucks on Battlefield 2.

Yeah, that's the problem with good games: They're expensive! I've been keeping up with my homework, so I don't have a lot of time to play it right now.

I plan on getting the XBOX version when it is released later this month - "Big Red One" I think it's sub-titled. The pictures I've seen make it look excellent.

I was thinking on getting Medal of Honor - European Assault to tide me over but I'm gonna hold off on that and just save my money...

Do you mean the regular XBOX version or the XBOX 360 version?

Only for XBOX am afraid - shalln't be buying a 360 until it's much cheaper and possibly not even then.

I got Call of Duty 2 for XBOX in the end though. It seems really good at first but once the wow! factor wears off (and there really is a big wow factor- it's such an epic game) it seemed a bit like a shooting gallery. Enemies kept running to the same places where you'd shoot them only to have them replaced by another enemy who'd take up the same position. Do this for about 4 waves of men and then move on to the next bit of the level where it happens again.

Having said that, the variety is good, running through the bomber changing turrets was pretty cool and having to mark targets for artillery barrages was cool.

Ultimately though, Mercenaries is still my favourite game.

I recently got this game for the PC. Its okay i must say. Its not very special though, lots of things i see on other Shooters as well(MOHPA, BF2).

Hmm.. it's good, but i won't say it's the best WWII shooter, then i think BFII is better. But still, it's nice to play.

Well, not really. i liked the entensity of MOHPA a lot(especially the Pearl harbor part) but the Visuals and A.I. of COD2 are great too, so they are tied.

Yeah, I think it's a matter of opinion to which game is the best. I think everyone agrees that they're all good games, but you might prefer one over the other.

Argh, I bought it last week but it's too much for my computer to handle apparently. It's not just slow (only during combat though) but when I'm at Stalingrad going through that pipe I always get some stupid error that I can't find a way around. I think that somebody screwed up my computer or something, I actually have two computers downstairs that I use and neither one of them works well with it. I wonder if I have some virus or spyware or whatever. Stupid people.
