The first thing that makes me laugh is the part when Janeway and Paris evolved into somekind of lizzard and have three 'cute' baby lizzards (Eps Treshold)  And then from episode Message In A Bottle, when Mark 2 tried to enter Jeffries tube. He didn't know how to do it until The Doctor tell him that ussually the head comes first

I laughed in the first episode when neelix meets tuvok.Gives him a big hug and says pleased to meet you.
All the episodes when neelix annoyed and embarraced tuvok were funny!

-Tinker Tenor Doctor Spy
-Real Life (The doctor's famlily that acted like a bunch lollipops. 
-The Thaw (A virus, a virus, he thinks i am a virus ).
-Message in a Bottle

well considering that most of the episodes they produced made me think "What the Fu@@" I would have to say the funniest eps were the ones with Q in it.

I think Tom and Harry was on the Holodeck. Harry's date I think, turned into a cow. I forgot the name of it.

That was great!
I remember Chakotay doing that funny run. It wasn't worth noticing before, but now that it's mentioned it was ridiculous...it was at the beginning of the episode when Janeway and Chakotay were on their way to Astrometrics...before the theme song even played.

At least someone else remembers... Actually, the whole of Message in a Bottle was pretty darn funny... just cause the Doctor is so brilliant... I swear I nearly fell off the couch when he was eplaining to the other holo-doctor how he had made improvements to his programme and had even engaged in certain.. *ahem* marital activities...

your talking about the episode Fair Haven I used to watch that all the time
I find all the ones everyone mensioned funny apart from the ones i havent seen.
Photons Be Free is funny the one where the doctor makes a holo novel about being an EMH and then tom paris changes it to mock him lol ...I like the holo novel episodes ,
also the Dr day dreaming is really funny I was in tatters when i watched it.
the other one which is funny is the walking dream one where everyone dreams and tuvok dreams of forgetting his clothes and walks onto the bridge and everyone laughs at him and later on in the episode they have a discussion about dreams and nelix says that tuvok dreams about meeting an alien species and that the only form of comunication is laughter
The episode coda isnt suposed to be funny but me and my friend mock the bit where janeway is dieing and chakotay spits all over her and crys

The episode where kes was going back in time and the doctor had hair i laughed so much when i saw that. And the one where the doctor got transported into space and almost got fired at by a ship that was great (can't remember the name of it).

The episode Kasey is talking about is actually "Spirit Folk," Season 6.
"Fair Haven" was the first episode introducing us to the Holo-program called Fair Haven.
