PostFri Oct 21, 2005 12:46 pm    Favourite Simpsons characters

I wondered what characters you like in The Simpsons. Obviously, we all love the main family, but what other characters do you like.

I like Mr. Burns. We've all known a Mr. Burns. I must say, though, I don't think Burns is 100% bad. I like Smithers too.

Edna Krabappel is one of my favourites, and I've always enjoyed any scenes with her in. She's also had some good episodes, such as that Season 3 episode where she looks for love in the lonely hearts column.

Krusty the Clown is and always will be funny.

I like Moe. I always enjoyed the dialogue between him and Homer. I can't get enough of Moe.

Principal Skinner is a good character. Like Mr. Burns, he is very true to life (we've all known people like him).

Who doesn't like Ned Flanders?

Apu is just so funny, they should give him his own show.

I also like Milhouse, Dr. Hibbert, Barney, Groundskeeper Willie and Chief Wiggum.

Are you kidding? they come second!

But they are family of course. You said no main family. So grandpa is out too.

Which reminds me, what about the dog and the cat? are they family?

Good question. I'll have to think about that.

Does anyone here think The Simpsons needs some new characters?

I love watching the Simpsons. Deb says I am too into it. She don't like it when I say my favorite character is Homer. She likes Lisa cause she is the smart one of them all.

Lisa is smart and not dumb. Homer and Bart suck in my opinion. Bart has a rude mouth. Homer is a lazy drunk. he works but hey yeah he eats donuts while he is working. Marge is ok. Flanders is weird and the preacher guy is boring. That is just my opinion.... Don't kill me for it. Lisa is just smart.

Hey, some of us are very busy with work.

Yes, I suppose the dog and cat are part of the family, just like in real life.

Flanders is definitly funny.

I loved the halloween episode where he was a zombie. Homer kills Flander and Bart is like

"You killed the zombie Flanders!!!"

and Homer is like

"He was a Zombie?"

My favourite character? Jessica Lovejoy, the Rev's daughter.
"You're bad, Bart Simpson, you're bad... and I like it."

Foul temptress... as my boyfriend once said "God! It's you in cartoon form!"

RALPH RULES!!!!

Bloodhound Gang made a song about him, made up of lines he says!(except for the chorus, which is Cheif Wiggum saying "Ralphie, get off the stage sweetheart")
Strangely enough, the song is called Ralph Wiggum
Here's an URL to the lyrics:

Man, I love that song... and that kid.
